In-depth review:
Restaurant: The restaurant is in a nice little plaza that is very modern and clean. There’s is plenty of parking the various times i’m here. The restaurant itself is medium-sized, with large windows letting in a lot of sun! It’s very clean, with the white tables making the aesthetic of the place come together. It’s overall very modern and nice place to dine
Food: The food has lots of flavor and really makes me feel like i’m enjoying a genuine dish. The spicy beef noodles are great (especially with knife cut noodles, if you like the extra chewy texture). The noodles usually come mixed with the spicy sauce but for some reason this time they just left the scoop of spices on the top corner of the bowl. Not a complaint as it had the same flavor as always, but just wanted to note that down since it was the first time it wasn’t mixed. Either way they were great. The green onion pancakes are good but have WAY TOO MUCH CILANTRO! There is nothing wrong with cilantro but half of it was nothing but cilantro. The beef cold noodles are also good.
Customer service: When we first walked in, we were greeted by a younger employee with blond hair who told us to pick any table we wanted which is something I appreciated. Unfortunately, the employee who took our order was not so nice. While ordering, she seemed very VERY impatient, irritated, and rude. She is an older lady with very short hair. While ordering, there was a little bit of a language barrier so we couldn’t order as fast as we would like, but instead of seeing that we couldn’t understand her too well she decided to get annoyed and started to talk to us as if we were incompetent for not understanding her. The tone she gave off was very pressuring and kind of like she wanted to yell at us and get us in trouble. I would understand if the restaurant was very busy and she had other tables to attend, but at the time I was there there were only 2 other groups who were already eating and no one else waiting to be served besides us!! The other employees were all very nice, always coming by with more water.
Concern: I have been here a few times and it’s always enjoyable, with quick customer services, and good tasting food.
I was very very disappointed and honestly disturbed by something I saw in the restaurant. While waiting to go to the bathroom, the back kitchen was kind of visible, and I caught the unfortunate view of cilantro on top of the mop bucket sink. The tray of cilantro was leaning against the corner of the mop bucket. This is very unacceptable as a lot of their food has cilantro. I am not one to make a scene in the restaurant so I am writing it as a review instead. Because of this reason and this reason only, I will not be coming back again. I really would hate to be served mop bucket cilantro. Although the cilantro wasn’t fully inside the mop bucket, why is it anywhere near cleaning supplies especially near something that is used to clean the dirty floor? I did see some of the cooks just bluntly walk by it too. I hope the cilantro was meant to be thrown out and not to be used for the food as it can be a serious health risk.
In-depth review: All in all, my experience here has been great until my most recent trip today. I would usually rate 4/5 but for this time, I honestly do not feel that I can give it any higher than a 1.5/5. The taste of the food and mostly kind employees are the only reason it’s not getting a 1/5. Unhealthy food protocols and some rude employe alone would force me to...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Noodle St Eastvale, and it was an absolute treat for the taste buds! This cozy eatery is a hidden gem that brings authentic Asian flavors to the community, and I can’t recommend it enough.
From the moment we walked in, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The decor is vibrant and reflects the culinary heritage that inspired the menu. The service was prompt and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic meal.
Now, onto the food! I ordered the beef pho, and it was simply divine. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. My dining partner chose the spicy garlic noodles, which had just the right amount of kick! We also shared some delicious dumplings that were bursting with flavor—definitely a must-try!
What I appreciated most was the variety on the menu. Whether you’re craving traditional dishes or looking for something a bit more adventurous, Noodle St has something for everyone. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food.
Overall, our experience at Noodle St Eastvale was fantastic. It’s the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or a cozy dinner for two. We left feeling satisfied and eager to return to explore more of the menu. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this...
Read moreI ordered kimchee fried rice, there isn't alot of places around that have this so I was excited to try. It was not like home made but it was good, I would order again. I also ordered Korean BBQ and pork/ cabbage dumplings for family members who eat meat. They said the beef was tough to chew and dry but the dumplings were good. They may not want to try this place again. Customer service was excellent, service was fast. The atmosphere is bright open, lots of natural light. Environment is clean. Only thing they may want to change is the layout of the dining area or take to-go orders near front door instead of the back of the dining room because it's uncomfortable for Takeout customer or food delivery drivers to walk past or stand near tables of people eating and uncomfortable for people seated who have people walking by their tables or standing next to their table while they are eating or trying to talk...
