As with most Dutch Bros in SoCal no one thought about the line it would create or the wait times. This is one of the worst...you'll be on the street waiting for a bit.
On this visit we made it to the parking lot and were behind a car with a sizeable gap in front of us. Not understanding why, and to help alleviate traffic on the street (it was raining) we drove around the parked car in front of us.
Out of nowhere a young man approached the window and proclaimed he was the line monitor and that I had cheated the car I went around as they were in line in front of me. He said they would be taken first which, after apologizing, I completely agreed.
Had it stopped there all would have been well. He proceeded to tell me that I saw him and tried to cut in line. As the discussion continued, I explained to him that I had no idea where he was prior to coming to the window, nor would I have recognized him as an employee if I had seen him as he was wearing nothing to indicate he worked at Dutch Bros.
He continued by telling me I was lying and that I saw him. That's where it went south. I told him NO ONE saw him as he was nowhere to be seen and wasn't doing anything to direct traffic. Calling me a liar after I apologized for not understanding his apparent traffic directing skills while hiding somewhere close by was unacceptable. I demanded to speak to a manager about his attitude and lack of customer service. He refused twice and began offering free items for our trouble.
Not wanting to hold the line up, we pulled forward and asked the incredibly sweet girl taking our order to speak with a manager. She immediately apologized and asked if it was about "him," pointing to the employee I had just dealt with. When I said yes, she told us he is always like that. Sad to hear.
Side note, I wasn't looking for anything free, I paid for my items, and was never afforded the opportunity to speak to management. Do better please!
Update to the owner...you can share it with your team, asking me to email it for you seems silly. Why not copy and paste it yourself? Or better yet, you read it and commented, so clearly you're aware of it now 🤦♂️
Visited today...nothing has changed. Sloooow as heck, employees have minimal personalities, and the product was spilled down the side of the cup. Asking for a napkin was painful...seriously asked me "why?" The one on Hamner is faster, nicer, and just all around a million times better.
OWNER please don't respond with email this to us.....
Read moreDutch Bros Coffee in Eastvale is a coffee spot I would recommend, but there are a few aspects that might leave some customers scratching their heads. While the coffee itself is fantastic, the names of their drinks can be a bit peculiar and confusing, making it a challenge to decide what to order, especially for first-time visitors.
Another thing that caught my attention is the overwhelming number of blended ice coffee choices on the menu. While these icy concoctions can be a refreshing treat, it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate through the extensive list. Sometimes, you just want a simple, classic cup of hot or iced coffee without the fuss of too many options.
One significant downside to visiting Dutch Bros in Eastvale is the long wait times. The lines to place an order can stretch out to an astonishing 45 minutes to 2.5 hours during peak hours. This can be quite frustrating, especially if you're in a hurry or simply looking for a quick caffeine fix. It's essential to plan your visit accordingly and be prepared to wait.
Despite these quirks and the lengthy lines, I still recommend giving Dutch Bros Coffee a try. The coffee quality is undeniably excellent, and once you find your preferred drink, it's worth the occasional wait. However, if you're in a rush or not a fan of overly complicated coffee choices, you might want to consider other options...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I went for the first time here at night a little bit before it closed and they took my order and after taking my order refused to serve me when I did NOTHING wrong. And gave me a refund for my order. Night shift girl that was in charge refused to give me the managers name refused to give me any names. She refused to give me my order without any good reason. Why take my order and have me wait for it just to tell me you aren’t going to make my order? And IT WAS MY FIRST TIME. HORRIBLE first experience. Not to mention she was rude and obviously knew nothing about customer service. Definitely will not be returning to this location. I’m sure the employees are much nicer at the Rialto or Fontana locations. There’s nothing this place can say or do to make me go back here. The lady literally made me cry after leaving. I was so excited to try Dutch Bros for the first time, and it got totally ruined. I just could not understand how someone can be so rude to a customer without good reason and refuse to make their order. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name. I’ll never deal with this disrespect again. And I will let family and friends know of my...
