My review here is for the milk tea nothing in regards to their food items. This place reminds me of the Tapioca Express back home in the By Area. It's just a nicer looking tapioca express in my opinion. I had ordered the roasted oolong milk tea and it's okay. Too much milk for my liking and i would rather go to Tapioca Express than here. But preferably I always end up at a Gong Cha for a milk tea. I think even meet fresh has a better milk tea. The young lady who was helping me at the register was nice, the gentleman handing the drinks was sorta polite. I can't say much about customer service but nobody was rude. Overall I think this place is okay, the tea just didn't knock my socks off. I feel like they use more milk here as it seems much creamier than what I am used to getting. I may come back to try it again later but so far i don't have much praise for the milk tea's here, who knows maybe you will like it...
Read moreWhat Tea Time does best is create a nice warm cozy atmosphere. A really nice place to go with a friend and just chat over some tea. I had their 8 treasure and enjoyed it. I am not the biggest tea drinker in the world but should I return it would definitely be to try another type and explore what they have to offer. Food was only ok. Had their spicy popcorn chicken which was alright but not something to go out of my way for. Also had a ramen bowl which was also decent. Being the only place in the area to serve ramen gives it an advantage but I've had similarly priced ramen in Riverside that was much better. Whether or not the trip out there is worth it is debatable however. While I did not have some, tea milk/boba seemed to be a big seller for the establishment. Overall the beverages appear to be where it's at for Tea Time. Going forward I will consider the food to be...
Read moreI didn't even get far enough to order, because when I called to inquire about Vegetarian and vegan options I was told "we can't make anything that's not on our menue at our location". Word for word. All I wanted was noodles with no meat, rice and Tofu and they couldn't even make this dumplings request. HOW?? ARE YOU NOT A RESTAURANT? you can't even cook simple fried rice and noodles without meat and tofu?? That's the first time I've ever heard a restaurant say that?!! Especially when you literally have all the ingredients and resources to do so but are choosing not to. Plus all your dishes come with rice or noodles, so you can't just not cook meat in those dishes? I'm sorry but are your cook babies? Are they incapable of making tiny changes to the menue items to accommodate people. This is not a vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurant to eat at go...
