Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Eastvale

I go to this location exclusively. Food and service are usually excellent. Today, however, going through the drive-thru was a nightmare. Half of the menu was torn off of both signs, showing no combo meals, etc. I attempted to order The double bacon cheeseburger combo, since that's my usual and I have the combo number memorized. Girl on the speaker tells me they don't have that combo. I try the Sowerdough combo. She says they don't have that combo. Oh REALLY? When I ask what combos they DO have, have she says they don't. Ok. So who inside that drive-thru is playing games with me? I asked if they have ANY burgers to which she replies "You mean, like cheeseburgers or plain?". I left and didn't order. If I was The Secret is shopper this Jack in the Box would have got a 0. When I walk in I see the manager and an employee with employees husband carrying a good conversation off to the right as you walk in sitting down at 1 of the tables and then I see about 4 crew members in the kitchen one of which was mopping another was making food and another 1 was doing drive-through not once did any of the employees have a sense of urgency to greet me or take my order I stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes and then I went to the restroom. If you have somewhere to be this is not the place to go. Very unprofessional especially seeing a supervisor not greeting or telling another employee so greet me and take my order. Always terrible food and most of the time terrible customer service. I've even complained to the morning manager about the crappy food and service that takes place late at night only for her to defend her staff and the cold food they gave us twice in the same dining experience. The funny thing is that we ask them every time to please make our food fresh and not give us cold food but instead of listening every time they cut us off and either insist that the food is fresh or ignore us like we said nothing and continue on with our total. Yet instead of listening, every time they give us cold food and we have to go back through the drive-thru because at midnight the dining hall isn't open.
