Wabi Sabi Sushi Bar & Ramen — Restaurant in Eastvale

I planned to go here for dinner. It says online that they are open until 10. I called on my way to see if i could put my name in ahead of time and the hostess informed me that it wasn't busy and we could walk right in. This was at 8:13. I drove 30 minutes to get here and got to the restaurant at 8:32, so 19 minutes after i called. They informed me that they close at 9 and last call was at 8:30 and they were no longer taking people. Allen is the man. This place is like eating at home but like they make sushi and stuff. Food speaks for itself and is legit. Best sushi place for miles. Small intimate place easily becomes your go to spot to eat. Very friendly and just like a barbershop open to conversations that end up taking over the place with laughs. Get to know the chefs and they'll become family and take care of you like no other. If I could give more stars I would. 1st time here evidently has not been open very long. We ordered the lunch specials and yes it was Sunday but the prices still stood. I ordered the fish of the day Salmon. Super fresh fish came with rice, grilled veggies, (think of BeniHana) and salad. My granddaughter had the teriyaki grilled chicken, came with rice, veggies and salad. We also ordered the small plate of sashimi. I have to say again very fresh fish!( I'm super picky about fish, my husband did a lot of deep sea fishing.)
