Fresh Wok — Restaurant in Eastvale

This place had awful food, and similar atmosphere. It was 94° outside and only a few degrees cooler inside the restaurant. I ordered the chicken teriyaki which was a mistake. I believe the chicken had been cooked the day before Because it wasn’t tender or juicy like I anticipated. The website shows walnut shrimp on the menu, but they said it was discontinued so that was a letdown. The chicken teriyaki lacked flavor and I had to ask for some chicken teriyaki sauce or they would’ve served it bone dry. My husband got the orange chicken, which was ok. I've been going to Fresh Wok for 5 years. I usually only place special orders with light oil since the cook is heavy handed with the oil. I placed an order for shrimp fried BROWN rice a few weeks ago. They admittedly forgot to make it with brown rice when I called to let them know. She asked me to bring it back that same day and I couldn't. I told her I was leaving on business travel and couldn't come on for a few weeks. So here I am about 3 weeks later, placed my order of Shrimp fried BROWN rice with light oil as usual. Asked her to replace the previous order and she refused because I didn't return the food the same day. This was my last day patronizing Fresh Wok. They just lost a customer of 5 years...

Lost a customer over a $1.25...

Came in for the first time to try it. Ordered a fountain drink Orange Fanta. The fountain was broken/not working properly and let out carbonated water. I polietely asked for a refund and she charged me an extra 77 cents and told me to get a bottled pop? Excuse me? They gave me attitude.

I called them out and they EVENTUALLY refunded me. They threw the bottled pop in sink behind the counter with force...pathetic.
