The worst customer service ever!!! They took 3 hours to make two pizzas 3 different times and the argument of the manager was that each Pizza only took 15 minutes to cook. I placed an order online then called to make sure that the order was placed correctly only to get to the restaurant to have it still made incorrectly and the dining area was filthy. Out of the six different places they have for you to sit in there five of the tables were dirty. The manager on duty refuse to give me any type of discount for the three hours it took for them to complete my order but he did take the time to argue with me as I'm walking away to go eat my dinner. He over charged us twice and then told me that I was offending him. Because I didn't want to over pay for pizzas or accept food that was in accurately prepared I initially placed the order online and called to verify that the pricing and order was accurate. I should have known the order was going to turn into a situation and was not going to be be made or priced accurately when the manager hung up on me while I was on hold. He was aware that I wanted two medium pizzas with two toppings each for $5.99 each as advertised online and in the store window. He never called back so I assumed he was busy but he had told me that he could correct the pizzas but the tone in his voice suggested that he didn't want to. So I wasn't too surprised when I went to pick up my pizzas and he tried to charge me over $18. He had only corrected one of the pizzas and left the extra pepperoni on the other. At first I was confused but once I figure it out where his error was, he rolled his eyes, threw his hands up and said, "There you go", as though I was some complete moron. I brought in my own cups to fill with one with water and the other with soda. He charged me full price for both. My pizzas were both done waiting to be pulled out of the pizza oven while the manager on duty for the night and his other co-worker stood out back outside the door doing I don't know what. Finally after 18 minutes we get our pizza. He start arguing with me and telling me he's offended that I told him the customer service and cleanlyness of the Pizza Hut establishment is the worst I've encountered. Again, remember he is snnyoed with me because I made a mistake on my pizza ordering online, I called in to fix it, he did not listen so he made 2 pizzas 3times ( this is one of their primary advertisements for the week,), patronizing me with a condosending tone, he tried to over charge me 3 times then talks to me like I'm an idiot. Read moreI could’ve given this place a 2 stars but 3 stars I think it’s enough for anyone to think about before ordering their food from this place. We did a carry out order via the app and all smooth app said be ready in 12 min then we get to this place to pick up and pizza was ready. Problem was that when we open it we didn’t feel any heat. Plus it was a double pepperoni and we literally saw about 6 pepperonis in the pizza. We didn’t want to touch the pizza at all but we’ve ordered pizza on weekly basis and knew that pizza been sitting around longer than 12 min. We brought it up to the guy that brought it to us and he said that they could make another one but it will be more than 20 min wait due to happy hour just started. What ?! Mind boggling. We stood there and look at this guy like he didn’t just tried to give us a pizza that been sitting there cold and expect our kids to eat it. Thing is that wasn’t the only problems we also been having since the past there’s always something w this place. We actually wanted to give them a chance and the benefit of the doubt too many times. I was so happy when I asked for cheese and peppers, that they actually took the time to place a decent amount in a plastic bag. Usually these days when I order pizza I have to beg them for more than 2 of each, if I get any at all without being charged at other places. Then they end up flying all over my car on the drive home because they are given to me loose. The manager or owner helped me and was very friendly and polite. I did order at 3:30 pm so they were not extremely busy but I will defiantly be back again. I have always had a good experience at this location. I do agree with other posts that sometimes it's disappointing to find out that this location chooses not to participate in all the national or local promotions that are advertised on the radio, TV, printed, and online media ads.
