Town Bagel & Grill — Restaurant in Eatontown

This place, Town Bagels & Grill ideserves my 5 star rating. It's located in a small strip malll in Eatontown. There are several store only there, in that mall. It's not a very large mall, and if you don't know about this mall or Town Bagel and Grill, you should not hesitate to familiarize yourselves with it, and pay very close attention to what I'm going to write : I was having a manicure right next door at I Love Nails and I decided to stop into Town Bagels. This is where I go now, every day for breakfast. They have highest quality foods, this stands for everything on the menu. It's not a very large space, yet there are a few booths there, and most is pick up business, you can still go in there and sit in to have a great experience. The two owners are very nice, and take very good care of their customers. I strongly suggest and recommend that you go there if you're taking food to the office, for breakfast or lunch, or find a booth . Best food ! I order breakfast from this place every Sunday. I have been a loyal customer and never had any trouble, or complaints. The food is great! Today, however…I ordered from DoorDash and I believe my Dasher may have picked up my food then canceled the order, essentially scamming both myself and the restaurant. Rather than blaming the Dasher/DoorDash, the restaurant called me personally and blamed me, accusing me of attempting to “steal double food” despite me never having left my house, and him having zero evidence to the contrary.

Needless to say this is not the experience I wanted for my Sunday morning, I felt harassed and insulted, and the man was unwilling to discuss what had happened outside of his attempts to essentially call me a thief and a scammer.

Be forewarned the staff here is apparently crazy and, if you order through a third party service, they have zero issue with calling to harass and blame you for any transgression you clearly have no control over. I’ll take my breakfast without a side of...

Bagels are on point! As you walk in, you are welcomed by friendly faces and a clean, spacious new shop. Disappointed my coffee turned out to be hazelnut (gross) from an unmarked pot. However, even the coffee mishap would not change my mind. This is the bagel place I shall call mine. Veggie cream cheese done right, without peppers, like it's supposed to be. Bacon, egg & cheese with crisp bacon. Oh, and the egg bagels with the subtly of poppy seeds mixed with the dough is just what my morning called for on the test run of this new spot. If you are picky about bagels, you need to try this spot. With Town Bagel and Bagel Masters nearby, you don't need any other place...and Bagel Master remains on top because of their Spinach cream cheese. (Hint, hint! Make spinach...
