I have to say, I just ate the BEST SANDWICH I've ever eaten in my life and it was from Big City Sandwiches in Eatontown, NJ. "The Southy" looked great on paper, but I wasnt expecting what I got. This was a PERFECT sandwich. Not a single detail overlooked. The most perfect chicken cutlets and most perfect eggplant you could ask for. The bread couldnt be any fresher, the Arugula tastes like they grew in in a garden out back. Truly an artisan crafted masterpiece. Someone took extreme pride in making that work of art. It literally knocked my socks off. Not many sandwich shops can exite my tastebuds like this. This store is IMMACULATE, too, by the way. You could eat maple walnut ice cream off the kitchen floor. The owner John is a warm and welcoming fellow who always seems to have a kind word, a cool story to tell, and a menu that'll make you come back for more. Eatontown needed this. See...

New place that just opened up by me in eatontown the food is very good and very well priced especially for the portion sizes. For a town that doesn’t have many food options this place came at the right time. The Mac and Cheese is out of this world and typically wouldn’t be something I’d order from another restaurant but it’s a must have at big city additionally, the sandwiches are very good and there are many options to choose from, I personally like the faccia bella and the Yo Adrian but I’ve heard really good things about the cheese steak. Another plus is the drink selections I really like that they have both Coke and Pepsi products as we all have our favorites having Stewart’s is just a plus. I’ve had my fair share of meatball subs, some great, some forgettable, but this one from Big City Sandwiches? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. The combination of pesto, marinara, and vodka sauce is a total power move. It’s rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being too heavy.

The bread was absolutely perfect. Freshly baked, soft on the inside with just the right crunch on the outside. You can definitely tell it’s made in-house. It held up like a champ under all that saucy goodness.

Beyond the food, the place itself is spotless and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and down to earth. The menu is packed with creative, high-quality options that make you want to try everything.
