Burger King — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Yesterday, I was doing a thing where my friend and I went around Eau Claire to find the best taco. We wanted to keep it even, so we didn't try any fancy orders from the menus. Just a standard taco with ground beef, cheese, and lettuce. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Burger King doesn't make Tacos.". That's what I thought, but I looked it up. (Check the picture) It says that tacos were on the menu. So my friend and I drove down to see if this was true. Pulling up to the drive thru, we were greeted pretty lacklusterly by some guy named Kyle. He sounded stoned, but not even in a good way. So I asked, "Can we get two soft-shell tacos, please?" He paused for a moment, then said, "We don't serve tacos here sir." I start to reply with, "I looked it up and it says that I can get tacos here" But he cut me off repeating himself, "We don't serve tacos here sir." He sounded annoyed with me, and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I tried again to explain what I meant, this time offering to come in and show him the information, but he cut me off once again just saying, "We don't serve tacos here sir."

Now, I didn't actually expect to get a taco from Burger King. I just wanted some clarity on my recent Google search. And Kyle was no help at all. It ruined my night, and now I'm debating never going to that...

First of all I am a fast food worker having worked at both a Culver’s and two McDonald’s. My girl friend came home supper tired and decided to order delivery from here. She was supper supper excited since Burger King always cheers her up. After a longer than usual wait the food finally arrived (amazing delivery driver none of it was her fault). We received our food and realized a few things. A: one of our shakes were missing. B: they ignored all of our condiment requests. C: they literally threw our burgers togethers so sloppily I had to pull all of mine apart to redistribute all the toppings. So, my girlfriend called in and it just got even worse. There wasn’t any background noise or anything yet he asked for her name at least 4 times and than proceeded to tell her that we had to go in to the store itself for a new shake or refund. We ordered DELIVERY yet for some reason when THEY messed up we had to pay for it. Now normally this place is great so I don’t know if it was just this single guy or that specific crew. I went to the drive thru this morning ordering my food. Every time when I go there, I was able to order a whopper or a bacon king as breakfast. Today, when I went to order, I order 3 bacon king but the lady who took my order put in a different order. I ask her what were those items because it’s not what I order. She said that they are only doing breakfast. I told her that they usually can do whopper or bacon king for the breakfast. FYI, I was speaking nicely to her. She freaking yell at me with an angry tone through the speaker saying that they don’t do that no more since it was before COVID. However, I just went there like 2 weeks ago ordering the same thing, and they were able to give me that. Very, very bad customer service. I don’t know who the person who took my order name is, but I don’t appreciate getting yell at. She could just explain it to me in a nice way, but nope, she rather took the bad route to care for their customer. LAST TIME EVER...
