Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Eau Claire

I wish they would put up a sign when they run out of things so that we dont end up waiting in line for so long. I once waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they were out of eggs (????). Today they barely had any bagels- the ones they did have were the ones with seeds and such on them. Why not put out a sign saying which ones are available? So I dont waste 20 minutes waiting to order my food? Also a few weeks ago I ordered online to pickup 2 hours after placing the order, the logical thing to do is for the employees to not make the food untill 10-20 minutes BEFORE i come in to pick it up, however I immediately got the notification that it was ready. When I came in to pick the food up it was freezing and probably would havegiven me food poisoning from sitting out. When I asked for the manager to remake it, a male employee in a blue shirt, he said he was too busy to do so. I left crying and didnt get food- or a refund. This is the only time I have run into a rude worker here. I dont know why he did that. I tried getting a refund thru the app that the school has people order on but its beena month and I have not gotten a reply even tho the app claims a customer service representative will reach out within a day.

I have gotten Einsteins a few times and literally EVERY-TIME I order they get it wrong somehow. This time today I ordered with a block meal (since I’m a student at UWEC) and got a ham & Swiss sandwich, literally all it says is ham & Swiss on a bagel or tortilla. I get my sandwich and it has lettuce, tomato, and onion on it. I bring it back to the counter and said I got the wrong order. Well apparently I just supposed to magically know that the lettuce, tomato, and onion come on it even tho it literally says it no where at the counter. I asked them to remake it without the stuff and they said they would. A few moments later I get my new sandwich, HAS LETTUCE, TOMATO, AND ONION ON IT. Never getting...

If you like bagels, Einstein’s is the place to go. I went to college near a Einstein’s and would get it almost every day, they have great options and if you get there early you get first pick of the freshly baked bagels! I’ve always dealt with friendly staff who have never had an issue of explaining the menu to me. When ever I am near a Einstein’s I’ll be sure to stop for a bagel...
