Gyro King — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Gyro King has quickly become my go-to spot for amazing Mediterranean food. The flavors are absolutely incredible, and it's easily some of the best I've ever tried.

I highly recommend their chicken dishes. They are seasoned to absolute perfection, with each bite bursting with flavor. The chicken is always cooked beautifully, tender and juicy on the inside and with a slightly crispy exterior.

The rest of their menu looks equally tempting, with a wide variety of authentic Mediterranean options. I can't wait to explore more of their offerings!

But Gyro King isn't just about the food. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. They're attentive and helpful, making you feel genuinely welcome.

Have been getting progressively worse meals from Gyro King over the past year. The gyros used to have a good amount of meat, cucumbers, tomatoes, tzatziki, feta, and sautéed onions. Then they cut the cucumbers, then the tomatoes, and now they're skimping on everything. The pitas and meat have also changed for the worse. They've obviously cheaped out on ingredients but kept their prices the same.

The fries we received tonight literally crunched. The fries were completely dried out. They were either old and had been sitting on the warmer way too long, or had been reheated in the oven. Unacceptable for paying $10 for a meal.

Will be going to a different gyro place...

My wife and I don't like typical fast food when we travel. While passing near Eau Claire, we searched "Mediterranean food" and found this little place that just opened. My wife and I eat a lot of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, and this little place was a great find. My wife had the rice bowl with chicken and I had the rice bowl with gyro meat, $10 each. It was tasty and just the right amount. We got to speak with the owners, who just opened the place two weeks ago as, as of this review. Really friendly and accommodating.
