Firehouse Subs Eau Claire — Restaurant in Eau Claire

This Firehouse Subs is one of the worst locations I have been to. I have stopped their several times throughout the last 2 years while visiting family and I am done with them. This last time my order was completely screwed up even though the young girl at the register repeated it back to me and yes I want a pickle. I ordered a Hook and Ladder and all I had on my sub was turkey. It was supposed to have turkey and ham. I also ordered soup but was never given any. However they were nice enough to include the crackers. What a complete joke. I plan on calling the corporate office when I return back from vacation. I also don't blame the staff, I blame management because ultimately it falls on them to make sure the staff is trained properly and apparently he or she is not doing their job. So I don't know who the manager is at this location but clearly he or she needs to be retrained. Please check your order before leaving because this Firehouse Subs will find a way to screw it...

We look forward to stopping here for a a sub - tastes far better to eat in than as take-home. Last time we stopped on Sat, 9/9/17, were served by a very rude counter person. She apparently had a VIP thing after work and did not want to be 5 minutes late to close up. Firehouse is open until 9, ordered at 8:45 and she said "We are closing in 15 minutes" to which I laughingly asked if they would kick us out if we weren't done eating and she said "I'll allow an extra 5 minutes". This is an eat-in restaurant as well as a carry out so in my experience everywhere else you don't accept any customers past closing but you DO allow your customers who came in 15 minutes before closing to finish their meals. Horrible customer service. After traveling 4 hours we checked into our hotel and I went across the street to get a small sub. I was the only one there when I ordered...waited 15 minutes and watched 2 people come in, order larger subs with sides, and get their order before me. I was about to ask when my small sub that I ordered 15 minutes ago would be finished when the teenage looking kid looks at me and throws my sub on the counter and points at it while looking at me. I said "is that mine?" Because the other two people were called by name. He just said "yea." I get back to my hotel room and low and behold the order is wrong. What is wrong with you???
