Figure out your service. Have been here a couple times since open and can say this is the slowest Jimmy Johns I have been to. Here was my experience today: Absolutely no line in drive thru, not many or any guests inside based on cars. Order my sandwich get up to window and pay. It does not cease to amaze me how SLOW this place is on getting sandwiches out, you see workers fiddling with chips in the display and filling up ice from back, yet apparently can't get sandwiches out at JJ standard of speed. Finally a sandwich emerges from the back! The worker at the window sets it aside on the counter. I think "oh okay maybe it was for an online order or something not mine" I wait several minutes in drive thru and eventually the worker realizes the sandwich is mine, emerges at the window and questions if I had paid for it yet... (I had...). I take my sandwich that sat there on the counter and wasted my time and leave.
