My friend and I had ordered two medium pizzas and cheese bread for delivery. We called to place our order and I swear the person we were talking to was stoned. We were ordering a thin crust pepperoni with green pepper. The guy kept repeating pepperoni with green olives? And I said no pepperoni with green pepper at least three times before he finally confirmed it correctly. Second pizza was supposed to be a Hawaiian, meaning pineapple with Canadian bacon. The guy kept saying pineapple and bacon? To which we kept repeating no pineapple with Canadian bacon until he find the repeated it right three times later. Fast forward and our pizza delivered incorrectly. Shows up pepperoni with green olives and a bacon with pineapple. We called and let them know the order was incorrect and the experience we had with the person that sounded like they were high. They credited my account to free medium pizzas. I just went to redeem them today and they asked me in the store how I managed to get two free medium pizzas. So I explained the situation. Then they told me all that happens sometimes we have a few mentally disabled employees that work here. Trying to guilt trip me or something. If you have employees that have a slower mental capacity that is all good and I support that. But donât have them taking orders and inputting orders when youâre having them come back incorrect. I ordered a pasta and pizza and the order had all non meat toppings. I go home and find out pasta has pork pieces in it. I go back to store and meanwhile my husband finds meat pieces in the pizza too. I went to the employee and he behaves as if itâs completely fine and the orders just got mixed up, he goes the order got mixed up, since you got the pasta back, i will make a new one for you, but since you didnât bring the pizza, i will not give you a refund or a replacement. The employee at the back you most likely mixed up was yelling, âits ok, orders get mixed up all the time, its no big dealâ this is the worst I have seen happening. I made my husband get the pizza and then I think a sensible employee comes to talk to us. He yells at their employees who were yelling at me that âits ok and its no big dealâ to âwatch itâ He gives me a new pasta but at this point i had lost it and he said I will give you a refund. So I had to get the bad order back, drive to their store twice, to get a refund and with all this drama and yelling with no sincere apology. I wish and hope no one gets...
   Read moreI placed an order over an hour ago. On the tracker, it told me my order had been checked for perfection at 6:19 pm. When 40 minutes had passed by and a driver still hadn't been sent out with my order I was a little concerned. I decided to call the store. A male employee answered, said can you please hold, without allowing me to get a word in . After waiting on hold for over 8 minutes, I hung up and decided I would try back. I called back but this time a female employee answered and put me on hold again without allowing me to get a word in. When she can back to the phone (mind you it's after 7 at this point and I placed my order at roughly 5:50) I asked why it was taking so long. The female employee said your order is next we're backed up everyone ordered at once. No apology, didn't even seem like she was phased. I asked her about my order being out of the oven over 45 minutes ago and asked her if it was just sitting there. She refused to answer and just stated your order is coming next. I am a very loyal customer but I will never order from domino's again. It would have been a different story if she would have been apologetic OT helpful in anyway but the way the employee handled the situation made...
