Very nice Asian place tucked away in a strip mall. Friendly staff and good food. Enjoyed the mix of Asian styles, ability to cutomize the dishes with a heat level. A wide variety of items on the menu making it hard to decide. Enjoyed the ice tea and curry I had. Will be back.
Update from 4/13 So was near by doing some shopping when I remembered this place was nearby. Showed up and didn't wait more than a few minutes for a table. They offer dine in or take out (have to remeber this more often for weeknights). Waiter (Nick) quickly stopped by with waters and the drinks menu, hostess had provided the dinner menus when seating us. Friendly and courteous staff through out the dining experience. We ordered chicken egg rolls and won tons as appetizers. The sauce with them was very flavorful, in particular there is a nice spice that complimented both the appetizers. The won tons are unique that rather than the folded triangle, these were rolled up which was a nice change and something I now want to try at home. Beverages were a ginger beer and a Thai Ice Tea. For entrees we ordered junior chicken fried rice, yellow curry chicken, and spicy green curry shrimp. The curry is served with a white rice, nicely done where not dry and proper doneness. The shrimp curry came with 8 medium shrimp which is a good amount for the size of the dish. For the curry you can select your spice level, a medium for the red was selected and hot (rather than Thai hot) was selected for the green curry. Overall the food is well prepared with a balance of protein, vegetables, and the curry. Stir in some of the rice and is a great meal on...
Read moreI've been looking for a great Thai place in Eden Prairie and I'll have to keep looking. This was better than your typical Chinese food fare, not so greasy, but we're far from blown away. The edamame was okay, but rather bland (could use some salt at least). The pot stickers were the best of the items we ordered. The pineapple fried rice was infuriating - as others have mentioned you literally have to check a box and pay an extra $0.50 for all the things that are SUPPOSED to come in pineapple fried rice, driving up the price. We added in baby corn and shredded carrot - we received LITERALLY 2 pieces of baby corn and 1 tbl of carrot! Baby corn is my kids' favorite and they were very upset (as was I for paying $0.25 per baby corn). We also got the cashew shrimp and garlic beef - the flavor was great on these, but the portion size was half of what we expected for the ~$15.00 price tag. Sigh, we will probably order from here again regardless though, as its the best given a lack of options for Thai food in...
Read moreWe wanted to try the restaurant because of the good reviews. We ordered on the phone, were told food would be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up, 35 minutes later no food. Gave them my order name, 20 minutes later, no food, hostess came back asked for my name again thought I was the wrong person, 20 minutes later no food, couldn’t find the order, went into the kitchen found the order told me it would be another 20 minutes, now I m waiting for food. The hostess was nice enough to take off 20% off the order, and much of my rant is pure frustration and the food which I yet to try is probably delicious, and I m probably self centered in thinking that I really as a customer mean much compared to the hundreds of patrons who make there way into this fine establishment and my experience is probably an aberration in the service provided by this place. It I have to say this will be the last time I will be visiting this place...... my food is here, thank you for listening to me, I feel perhaps a...
