I felt like they're rushing me...I'm those type of girls that don't get my nails done all the time ...only once a while ..right when I walk in they're like what color...I'm like ummm...give me a minute...they kept on asking me what color...so I pick a shimmery aqua color...I ask for a design to but first I ask how much they charge extra for designs on the ring fingers...he said 5 dollar both finger...ok that's not bad..there he was filing and shaping my nails...I got gel nails by the way...he was trying to look like a pro. But the results was absolutely horrible. I can say he did good on measuring all the fingers so they're the same length but other then that I'm disappointed. I'm not a nail expert but I'm going to expain the best I can on how my nails turn out...at the starting point where my cuticles are are alot narrow then the tip of the nails ...if you guys know what I meant...imagine a triangle upside down...when I turn my hands around so my palm is facing me...the gel tips is alot wider then my fingers. The filing is crooked. Urrghh..just very mad and disappointed I am.. the design on the other hand was very horrible too...remember I not a nail expert so I ask him to pick a beautiful design for me because they don't have any pictures anywhere about the designs they provide...so he pick flowers...2 small flowers on each finger...the colors are neon yellow (for the petals) and bright orange (for the center)...that's it he said...the flowers are not even pretty...they're like a orange dot on the corner with 4 neon dots around it...I was expecting pretty designs...all this cost me 50 dollar...but before that my friend call and ask how much they charge for gel manicure and they said 30 dollars...shoot...never again am I...

Awful experience with my wedding party. I was a client of Tammy's (the owner) at her previous salon in Edina. Naturally, I followed her over to Eden Prairie. For several years, I had great service and enjoyed their nice clean atmosphere. Just to be clear, I spent thousands of dollars a year at this salon, so I was more than just a walk-in or occasional client. Due to my good experiences, I made a reservation for my entire wedding party of 12 three months in advance of my wedding rehearsal day for both mani's and pedi's for the entire group. I called 30 days in advance just to confirm our reservation and all was good. On the day of my wedding rehearsal, we arrive and they are understaffed. Every single one of my party members were taken to service one-by-one instead of us all being serviced together at the same time like we requested. Despite having reservations, they took walk-in clients in between each of us which caused further delays. Initially, I allowed three hours for our services to be completed and 1.5 hours to get ready and transport to rehearsal location. Regardless of all my careful planning and allowing plenty of time, this place made me late to my own wedding rehearsal. On top of that, they didn't even get to my maid of honor until closing. They kept her behind while the rest of headed out and they kept her an additional hour beyond close. This place caused so much stress for this bride that I will...

I have gone here a couple times and it's just super inconsistent every time. This time I went at 38 weeks pregnant ready to relax and enjoy and treat myself to the more expensive manicure and pedicure. I had 3 different people work on my "signature manicure" they left product residue around my cuticles which dried around my nails and it was super rushed when each person came to finish what the last one started. I wanted the "signature pedicure" which is more expensive and has more steps in the process. I never got the callus remover which is part of that pedicure (and the main reason I get pedicures) he didn't clean around my nail beds and he never even put lotion on my legs afterwords (plus the massage was superrr short) It was rushed and sloppy and he didn't even put a top coat on so after 30 min of drying my entire big toe had all the polish smudged off. According to their service menu it should of came to $70 but at the end I was told it was $72? They make up their own prices and everytime I go it's a different price?! It's hard to find good consistent nail techs in this city and I won't be going back to waste...
