I want to start with saying that this review is long overdue however, as I write this, I am now leaving the drive-through, and I have a very big smile on my face. I’m a repeat customer of almost every day. I use my mobile app and I would like to add that since McDonald’s started that feature it has saved me money, and also helped with becoming more familiar and personal with the employees, since they know me by name now, but I think it also helps that my two dogs also ride with me and they steal the show whenever I’m in line, as everybody just falls in love with them… anyways all of that aside I just want to say that everyone there is so friendly, so genuine, and so very welcoming. It’s been a really long time since I’ve had a bad experience going there and I go nearly every day. Now there has been a couple times where my order is been wrong, but we all know that mistakes can happen and they’re very nice and quick to rectify the situation. I’ve never had any issues getting my order fixed or replaced, they’re always very apologetic and I like to remind them that it’s perfectly okay, mistakes happen!! I worked over 7 years in Fast Food, and 3 of those as management. I understand the hardships they can face when dealing with the public, so I would also like to say that treating others the way you want to be treated, goes a LONG way. These people work so hard, and always have a smile on their faces! I appreciate them so much, and wouldn’t want to spend my money at any other McDonald’s! Thank you guys for all the hard work you do and continuing to be so welcoming each time we visit!

Read moreRecently reopened and just as bad as ever Went to place my order wanted the 2 for $5 that was on the menu was told that they didn't offer that. That they had the 2 for $3 that wasn't shown. Had one or two people ordering in front of me and when it came to pick up my order they had roughly 6 people waiting on their order After I placed my order I ended up having to wait 15+ mins. And keep in mind they had 15 people behind the counter that I saw. When I received my order one item was missing and another was made incorrectly. So I ended up waiting another 10 mins approximately. With only one other person waiting on their order at this point. While waiting on my order I noticed people lining up at the register and then they were trying to figure out who was supposed to be taking orders because the girl who had been, had gone on break. Went to fill drinks and was a mess as pictured not to mention the mess that was in the floor. Both drink machines were out of Dr Pepper and heard the girl on break go up and tell the people behind the counter twice and never saw anyone adress the issue in the hour or so I was there. And last when I sat down the table was sticky and we ended up wiping the table down ourselfs so we would have somewhere clean to sit. All this being at 9 pm on a Saturday night. So I wouldn't expect this to be their busiest hour. On a positive not the food quality was pretty good tasted well and seemed fresh Long story short new store but same old pour service and now they are lacking a playground which is why we always tolerated the bad service at the old store. Read moreThe young man working on Sunday the 30th was rude to me . I was left for 20 minutes waiting on a coffee . I asked him to please get my coffee id been waiting so long for it. I told him I’m older and my knee is beginning to ache me. He looked over at me and gave me a nasty look like he didn’t care . I asked him to treat me with some respect . He said “just because you lived longer than me doesn’t mean I should respect you” and he said “you’re suppose to respect everyone , regardless of their age , their social status or their circumstances in life” I agree with the young man but that was rude to say to me especially in this context . I told him I agree but I had been waiting 20 minutes just for a cup of coffee. He said “I’ll get your coffee , don’t worry, lady” in a sarcastic tone. At that point , I just decided to leave. I asked for a refund . It took almost 10 minutes for a refund . I heard him talking to the manager saying “Older people think everyone should bow down to them “ I wasn’t expecting any one to bow to me or anything like that . Anyone would get a little frustrated waiting for a coffee for that long and being disrespected with nasty looks and being accused of thinking everyone should bow to me when I never even suggested that . All I wanted was my coffee. I went to Sheetz close by and got a great coffee . Thanks to the Van Buren Sheetz. They were polite , respectful and kind at Sheetz . I don’t think I’d recommend...
