Anthonys Pizza — Restaurant in Edgewood

I ordered the family Pizza the other night the counter girl ask me three times for my credit card number then finally said she had it half an hour later she called back and said it did not go through so I gave her another card number it went through Pizza took about an hour the wrong toppings were on it and come to find out both my cards were charged I called back to find out what the mistake was made and why this happened the so-called manager said he did not know and to work it out with my bank so basically I paid $88 for a pizza that did not have the toppings that I want this is not the first time I've had a problem ordering from this place either delivery person is too high to find the address or the counter person is unknowledgeable or in the back smoking weed I do not suggest this place to anybody it's just to be a really good place years ago but as of today I will never order from them again and do not recommend anybody ordering from them again every; disappointed this lesson cost me $40

Today I tryd to order pizza again thinking that the stoner employee does not work there anymore, but quess what they have a new one!!! But this time after repeating My address several times she told I can not order anything because of my review on the the double charge they gave 4months ago... This place is a joke Stay away n go to...

Pretty Delicious and very tasty Calzone. 10/10. Its a very old school, Very clean pizzeria just like the ones we went when were growing up, The smells instantly hit you when you enter and you just know by scent this is the real deal. Real Good Pizza is made here.

We were in the area deciding on what to eat, we were craving for months the Puertorrican way they make Calzone (with the marinara sauce inside the calzone and not outside) Sadly here in Orlando we haven't found a good place to eat them. yet..Because that changed instantly, right at the moment we tasted the Anthonys Calzone that Vitto made for us. Vitto was soo nice and friendly and very confident on whats his doing the waitress and him told us before hand that we would love it and he stood to his word we did, his Calzone no doubt is the best I've had since I've moved here. Juicy, tasty, lots of ingredients, amazingly good and perfectly toasted outside with lots of sauce on the side and the best it was huge a very big portion and the price is unbeatable. I so wish I could give a good rating especially since I didn't even end up getting to have the food. I called Anthony's Pizza and placed an order for delivery over the phone for the special. The woman on the phone was rude: she kept interrupting me and speaking over me. When she repeated the order back to me it was completely incorrect. She hung up on me and when I called back she declined to take my order. She put a man on the phone and he was equally ignorant, telling me they're"doing me a favor by taking my order". I was stunned and just asked to please my cancel order. I can't believe the complete lack of customer service and the ultimate disregard for even making money as my order was over $200.00. I hope no other customer has to deal with this kind of disrespect here or at any other establishment. I know times are tough, so maybe this woman and this man were stressed or angry about having to work or maybe they were really busy. None of that excuses their attitudes and their words. I wish them peace in their lives and I wish the restaurant success but with employees like this, that's really...
