Cypress Grove Park — Attraction in Pine Castle

Just left this establishment which if I could rate this business based of the manager demeanor toward me it would be zero. I went to the establishment to see the floor plan of grove room which my client has booked already for a upcoming . Walking up to where two ladies where I made eye contact with the manager who continue to do what she was doing it took me three times saying excuse before before I was acknowledged with a nasty look when could be taken as why u even here speaking to me. I proceeded to asking a question for I then got the attitude and words saying there a wedding going on and the office is closed with the manager shrugging her shoulder and tilting her head. I asked who do I need to call and ask for to see the floor plan. She said give me a minute before she continue speaking to the lady who was there and what seems to be a male manager who came up to her. I stood there for 15 minutes before going to to the female staff who was still doing what needed to be done and get again had to say 3 times excuse me before she looked up. I work in this industry and know how stressful an event can be to ensure our client needs are meet however female Manager (not) there are ways of dealing with all client. Really wanted to believe if this was a White Woman your mannerism would have been much different. Remember first impressions...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Don't be deceived by the beauty of this wedding venue ... it has the most terrible, rude, pushy staff. I agree with the other review that said they have the worst staff ever to deal with. I would also give negative stars if there was an option. I had my own wedding coordinator and they still insisted that we pay for their wedding coordinator to be on the grounds during the entire wedding ... which I was ok with until ...She insisted on following us around and kept rolling her eyes at me when I spoke. She also kept making rude comments about the way I wanted the ceremony to flow. Also, you are forced to choose a caterer from the only 2 they work with. The caterer (Creative Cuisine) screwed us over so bad that I was in shock when I found out how much they over charged us. Cypress Grove also changed our contract right before the wedding because they no longer had a liquor license. Actually, we had bad experiences with EVERY vendor we used from their list. The whole experience was heartbreaking. I ended up going upstairs and crying at the wedding. I wish I could have a "re-do"...

I decided to go cypress grove park to have a solo lunch and one of the workers there weren’t mindful of me eating my lunch at the bench. Instead, he used the leaf blower to try to kick me out so he could clean. Mean while there wasn’t any leaves or anything to blow! The park, especially where I was sitting didn’t need a leaf blower. The guy kept coming closer and closer with the leaf blower while I was eating and giving me a dirty look. I got so uncomfortable and I left. Also, you have the park trucks driving around being nosy seeing what you’re doing. Overall, no consideration. I am upset that I had to experience this. If you decide to go to this park, please be mindful where you sit and make sure you sit in a location where people are leaf blowing or driving by being nosy. I left with my food and ate in...
