We tried this place A couple of days ago and the food was so good. Their order of tacos had the best flavor and I am very picky with my tacos. There are abt 3 restaurants with damn good tacos in the valley and Sayo’s jumped to #1 on that list. We also got other food. Their hotdogs were very good as well, their sincronizadas , lonches … And they have very good prices too . My only complaint was that the first time we went there was cokes, but some of us had to get hot drinks because they didn’t have any more ice in their cooler and today we tried to go eat there right now, but they didn’t have any drinks at all not even waters to offer if we wanted to eat there so I had to take my money elsewhere and eat somewhere else . I've been wanting to try Sayo's since I first started working in Edinburg and man it did not disappoint!
The service was awesome. Super nice guy behind the counter, and they're fast! I waited no more than 10 minutes.
The portion size was giant! I could barely finish the taco! I loved it so much too. The flavor, the amount of cheese and meat, tons of sides to add to it AND they are generous with the salsa.
You need to try it! I highly recommend it! I'm pretty picky when it comes to tacos and Mexican food but holy moly this was a gem....

This is a must!! We had been craving something street food although authentic & Sayo’s is our new spot! Fajitas, bistec & carne guisada WOW.. no tough meat nor fat tissue simply top notch meat. I got us 2 Gorditas bit extra crispy (perfect) my orden of lonches a bit crispy perfect! An order of tacos de Fajita everything on the side. They truly care and make sure you get what you order.
