In the drive-thru, even though the people were nice about it, they made us wait for our food in a parking spot in order to help their drive time, then we didn't get all our food and had to go back through the drive-thru. Yet again, they made us park in a parking spot and wait for our missing food.
How is this helping your drive time? It only makes you look good to your company, but you're still not taking care of your customers efficiently. It's basically lying to make yourself look better. You might as well give kids an A in school just for showing up.
What ever happened to taking care of 1 customer at a time and getting things done right?
Every Arby's I know lies about their drive times and makes people pull forward or park. Your customer service is one of the worst as a company as a whole for drive-thru's. Only second to McDonald's.
The only companies that still treat 1 customer at a time in their drive-thru's seen to be KFC, Taco Bell & Andy's Frozen Custard. At least they respect their customers.
And this was all after you changed your 2 for $7 menu. Which is what we went there for. Why change things. You give customers an expectation and then trap them in your drive thru to pick something that is now more expensive. Why? Because your special worked too well? Or because...
Read moreAbsolutely worst service ever. Ordered online, was told they didn't have shakes, would substitute sodas, which are much cheaper. I asked for a refund. Brittany, told me she "did not appreciate my attitude" When I recovered from the shock of her rudeness, I said, you don't have what I ordered & you are refusing to give me a refund, how is my attitude wrong. "Well, it just is". I asked her name & preceeded to the window. She was not there. A nice young man named Ronan was. I asked him for a refund, no Mgr on site. He couldn't give me the full refund. He did give the mgrs number & of course it went to voice mail. I asked for a call back tonight, still no call. I asked why Brittany didn't have the nerve to come to the window. His relay "I'm running interference because I don't know what she will do to you" Seriously?????? This is completely inexcusable. I worked retail for over 40 years. Never have I experienced anything like this. I have emailed...
Read moreTerrible experience. First of all they "couldn't make shakes", which I always find suspicious. I know it sucks cleaning those machines and I immediately assume that it's just laziness.
All that is aside the point. The biggest complaint is that they gave our food to the person in front of us and then when that person brought it back in, they then gave it to us. So, I ended with food, that left the window in someone else's car and came back to the store. It was cold and probably touched by strangers. When I asked the guy at the window he stutter and said that what we saw didn't happen and he just "didn't read the ticket good."
Which takes me back to the first statement. If he would lie about my food being potentially contaminated, he most certainly wasn't going to be truthful about making a shake.
EDIT: I was contacted and offered coupons as a concession for our experience. I added a star for corporate...
