Very disappointed. Order :4 piece tenders medium combo small chocolate shake made correctly/ jr cheeseburger with a Diet Coke just slapped 2 buns one piece of meat that’s it plain no that is not what I ordered/ jalapeño burger was accidentally sent to the other person who was actually suppose to have jr burger but I’m assuming the same laziness was possibly put into it and am currently awaiting a text that hopefully we switched burgers and they have what would actually be a fully made to order burger if not then that is just sad. The lady who seemed to have a card hanging by a lanyard I’m assuming would be a manager (was told name is kassie and she is new?) ignored me as I tried to tap on the window this was before I even knew my order was wrong so I was not agitated or angry was just trying to get straws that they had forgotten to give me (normally they put in bag this time they did not) luckily a blonde boy was clocking out I think but I gave one last hopeful knock and he at least looked at me gesture that I just needed a straw and he gave me my straws whilst everyone else ignored me yes finally I understand you were closing but the fry warming tray was already disassembled whilst you were making my order so I’m assuming you were already shutting down early but that’s no excuse and the same lady with the lanyard I did see touch a few of my straggling fries with her bare hand as the other guy (different boy also ignored me) had gloves on as he handled my fries she had one hand on basket hovering over the dirty not yet cleaned fry warmer using her other ungloved hand to help keep the fries Go In the container when the boy with gloved hands actually was doing fine doesn’t need three hands just one to hold basket and one to help get them in the little container cups. Overall awful experience not even a smile edit: just received word from other party so both burgers were made plain with nothing on it. I understand closing but you have to make the order right and ensure it is correct. Since you wouldn’t even look at us I’m assuming you all knew it was wrong. Update: called this morning spoke to kaitlyn very pleasant and easy to talk to she listened to my complaint didn’t make excuses and offered me the burger made correctly when I could find convenience to come back got to the store a gentleman had helped me kind of tall guy friendly got the kitchen on it was made very delicious was asked about last night by I believe she told me she was store manager when I was asking for the night manager name from the blonde gentleman who gave me my straws last night( he was doing expo as I was waiting for my remake and I believe he asked her to verify the name) because I recognized her walking around as I was getting my remake and I don’t believe in confronting the employee no need to upset the person but voiced my complaint she made excuses and was slightly argumentative not aggressive just kind of felt passive like you were kind of dismissing my complaint I said the kitchen seemed it was closing early you told me they close at 10:45 as you looked at my receipt it said 10:51 (which I believe is actually when the order is cashed out) so my order was possibly taken a little sooner like at 10:43 or44 maybe I’m incorrect here but still why are you gonna tell me well we stay open a little longer if that’s the case they rang in my order and still put nothing on them last night that’s still not right, brought up that ringing up my order and giving what they gave me was cheap because jalapeño and cheese cost extra she said “well I don’t see extra cheese on here “ that’s not what I mean I mean that’s why the that burger cost more than just a regular burger no cheese she then understood my comment like I said felt dismissed about my complaint and made me feel so anxious talking about my complaint I will not return to this braums( always been my favorite but danforth has never given me issues so I’ll just stick to there store) again food is delicious when made correctly and kaitlyn was a great listener and very kind so was the...
Read moreLifetime Braum's fan. I have ate countless different locations across the Midwest. This was the best location I have been to. It was noon. Lots of people. The person at the counter was friendly and double checked what I wanted on my burger. I expected to wait a bit for my order since they were busy. No problem. Always worth it. Nope! My food and ice cream was ready as soon as I had my drink made. The burger was a double cheeseburger work of art. The ketchup was spread evenly. Not too thick l or thin. The onion was distributed just right so that each bite had the right amount. The patties were juicy and extra seasoned. The cheese was thick and the strongest flavor.
Normally I switch between my burger and fries, but not today. I couldn't put the cheeseburger down, so I hadn't yet tried any fries. I didn't expect much as I lived during the golden age of fries and am usually underwhelmed and rarely finish my fries anywhere. Plus, my craving for a great burger had already been satisfied. And just like that... Boom! The fries tasted like perfectly crispy potatoes with a bit of salt and nothing else. A delicious surprise. I ate them all.
Now, for the important part. This is an issue that should be studied at creameries across the globe. I always order a peanut butter cup shake as "extra blended" at any restaurant that offers them. The unblended pb cups that remain at the bottom of your shake, while a welcome surprise in the right situation, can be unavoidably tempting mess nuggets when driving. Hence, the "extra blended" request. Now, in all of the 1000s of pbc shakes I've had, there is always a good hand full of these cups left over at the bottom. No matter what. It is just one of the pains of being a pbc shake enthusiast. THIS ONE WAS BLENDED ALL THE WAY!! I couldn't believe it was real. I was so excited that I quickly drank the whole thing to check. Read moreMe and my family went to this Braums drive through to order 5 med chocolate malts. My son gave a 20$ bill at the 1st window. When we got to second window he was handed a ice cream cone and window slammed in his face. He tapped on window and said i didnt order this she said yeah i noticed that you got 5 malts right? She says keep the cone. Yeah ok slams window. Minutes later after cone is half eaten she says her manager wants cone back so son hands it back just to toss in trash not really great thing to do during covid times but whatever? Then she asks for reciept so son gives it to her. Manager comes to window asks for almost 17$ we say hey we paid 20$ at first window??? He asks for receipt we just gave it to lady we explained she plays stupid yet all five in the car saw it happen! Manager says what was your change?( A test i suppose) I said 3$ and this change showing him as i still had it in my hand. We sat forever lady at window finally hands us 4 melted malts we waited longer to get 5th one. Then manager tries to give us a dollar and some change. As i was trying to tell the lady she says calm down! This was craziest expierience at a Braums i have ever seen! She slams window no thank you! Nothing! RUDE all the way around!...
