This location is usually top notch, but man tonight their service was so terrible, if I hadn't been trapped in a huge line I would have just left. So many workers on a busy Friday night just standing around, not doing anything. No, they weren't training. They were just. standing. there. while two workers took orders from all the cars. Then they weren't having slower orders pull to the pickup parking, they just let the entire line sit and wait. Several cars behind us got their orders before we did. Mind you, I placed an order ahead using the app. We finally got to the window and he gave us our order. We were missing a drink, so I told him and he said it would be right out. He ran multiple orders to cars behind us while we waited for a SMALL DRINK. They were out of lemonade, so a worker finally came and refilled it, tasted it to make sure it was okay, then just stood there. The worker handing out orders basically forgot about us, then remembered and told the lemonade taste- tester we needed a small lemonade. I wouldn't be so critical if it wasn't Chick-Fil-A. In short, I ordered my chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, they forgot to put my sandwich on the bun and when I went up to let them know a worker said he would bring it right out to me. He did and I thanked him, only to get it back to the table and find that it was cold. Then the second time I went up to the front and mentioned that the bun he gave me was cold, he dismissively told me that that's how they come but he could put it though their warmer. I said that'd be great and thanked again, this time when he l loo hisbrought it out to the table, the bun was still cold in the center. I think that I'll probably never go back to any Chic-Filet ever again. Not just because of this one experience but because their food isn't all it's hyped up to be. Read moreThis location isn’t my favorite and maybe ice set my expectations too high. We stopped for a quick dinner on Tuesday, and wasn’t impressed with the service. The kid was kind of rude and was shouting a conversation with another employee while trying to take our order. This morning, my husband and I made a stop at Whataburger for breakfast, but was told it would be a wait for biscuits, so we hopped on over to CFA. After sitting at the speaker box behind another car for a minute, we decided to leave, but the person in front of us went to the window so we were blocked in. After a bit, we were able to place our order at the window, and asked to pull up and wait for our food. After watching several cars order and leave, we called the store and no one answered. I went in and was completely ignored. Finally, our food was delivered to our car. We pulled in to CFA at 6:01 and left at 6:20.
