(Herbalife) Summit Nutrition — Restaurant in Edmond

First thing, the lady working this morning was very nice and very beautiful, my issue wasn’t her, anyway I ordered a large protein coffee and it cost me $16.90 with no tip applied, as in the single drink was nearly $17. I’ve never bought an iced coffee for more than $8, but expecting maybe protein adds a couple dollars, not double the price.

Here is my part, I came in and asked for a coffee and she said we only have iced coffee, I said that’s no problem. I said does it have protein and she said it has 15g or depending on the size you get. I said okay I’ll have a large and she said that has 30g protein, I said okay sure. She asked what flavor and I said caramel macchiato, so she makes it and then payment interaction. I didn’t see the price anywhere when she said is that cash or card and I said can you do tap and she said yeah and picks up the machine and brings it towards me and I pay with my Apple Watch. I never seen a price but that’s probably my mistake thinking it wouldn’t be more than $8-10. Lol, I noticed the price when a notification came on my watch as I was already back on the road and I tried calling them to get understanding and I got no answer. When I was there, no one else was there except her friend or family member visiting her at work, nothing wrong with that but I got no answer on the call to ask for clarification on the price.

That’s my interaction about the transaction without the talk of other things between me her and her visitor. I don’t have anything negative to say about the lady or her visitor, I’d say it was a pleasant interaction.

I won’t be buying that drink again though, it has that weird artificial sweetener after taste and cost $17. Lol, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. If this business reaches out and gives me clarity I’ll gladly remove or...

I came in for the very first time today, and I still don't know how in the world I missed this place. The ladies were so kind, patient, and friendly with me as I asked them questions and listened to me discuss my health concerns. I've been having really bad acid reflux the last few days, and on top of getting the most delicious Vanilla Cheesecake shake I've ever had, I also got a Mandarin Aloe Water that made me feel so much better.
