I ordered a Cobb salad, without any type of dressing, it typically comes with ranch dressing.
I requested lemon juice olive oil with, sea salt, and pepper as my dressing. As well as extra fresh chunks of blue cheese.
The young woman taking our order made notes on her note pad. Said she would bring me extra blue cheese on the side. As well as lemon slices for me to squeeze on my salad. She informed me that the restaurant doesn't have olive oil.
I stated that lemon juice salt and pepper would be OK.
The salad I received came swimming in Ranch dressing. Which was hidden under a layer of bacon covering practically the entire top of the salad.
The amount of bacon was exceptional. As I lifted some of the bacon with my fork, I could definitely see a healthy amount of chopped chicken breast. And I could see the Ranch dressing. Just as I was really enjoying what was on and in my salad. It had really fresh ripe tomatoes and it was looking like 1 of the best Cobb salads I have been served.
EXCEPT for the Ranch dressing which I specifically said I didn't want.
There was another young woman helping deliver our food. She asked if everything was OK. I explained that I said not to put any Ranch dressing on my salad. That I wanted lemon juice, salt a pepper.
She offered their vinegaret dressing. I explained that I didn't want anything more than the lemon juice as all prepared dressings have sugar and I don't eat sugar.
(Sweet things make me sleepy and things that have lots of sugar or corn syrup make me feel bloated.)
They took my salad with all the extra bacon and chicken on it back to the kitchen.
The next salad I received has 4 o5 small pieces of bacon, the chicken was practically missing and it looked like a bowl of mixed lettuce with tomato slices on the side.
This visit to BWW was not the best. I have been there before and received great service and great food. This just wasn't my night.
The manager came around shortly after the bill was paid. Asking each table of guests how was everything?
I shared my experience and he offered to comp my meal. I explained that the bill had already been paid in full.
I ate what was served even though it wasn't really a good Cobb salad .I was hungry and I didn't want to spend the evening complaining. I don't like to sound like a scratched record repeating myself over and over. .
In the end my name was written down and It was offered to me to return and the manager would prepare me a Cobb Salad himself.
I am on disability and I don't eat out very often. I prepare meals at our house. I have been told that I should have been a chef.
I am looking forward to returning again. In the future. Hopefully I'll receive much better service and a much...
Read moreThe experience from the beginning was horrible hadn't been in a few years and decided wings would be good. They first sat us at a dirty table, we ordered our drinks, water for my partner and a margarita for myself followed by a 6piece teriyaki boneless wings for my partner and a 10piece 5Buffalo ranch and 5garlic parmesan boneless wings (not spicy) for myself. And an order of dirty dubs tots without the peppers. The wings came out before the appetizer followed by the drinks then we had to ask for the appetizer in which she acted surprised that we hadn't received it yet as if she was not our waitress She went and retrieved it from the kitches window where it had apparently been sitting for awhile and had peppers on it so the waitress melodee said she would have them remake it. My partner and I didn't make a big deal out of it or the whole experience and normally wouldn't have but it needed to be voiced and hopefully corrected so others do not have the same dining experience. My partners wings were just fine as she ordered, mine not so much. I tried one of each of the flavors first which were far from mild as stated on the menu they were extremely hot to me unless my taste buds had changed in the few years before when I had the same flavors..I noticed it had crushed red peppers sprinkled on them. I asked the waitress if I could replace them for whichever flovor was the least hot because there was obviously something wrong with the ones I received being that hot. She said she would ask the manager , he came out and said of course and handled it very professionally and quickly. By then the two I had tried previously had my stomach upset so I asked him if he could bring us some to go boxes when he brought out the new order of wings he then left and returned with them promptly and apologized for not having any lids for the ranch cups and someone would be along to bring us some which never came as well so I went to the counter to pay the total was 49.49 I paid with a card and declined a tip, as we got in our vehicle to leave a notification for my bank popped up on my phone for 54.49 so I assume they tipped themselves. The whole experience was very unsettling and not worth 50 dollars or the politeness we had and not made a scene. Hopefully this reaches the correct people and they understand this was and should not be an experience anyone should have to receive.

Read more"For a special celebration, our entire Mt. Everest Cuisines staff went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Five of us arrived first and asked for a table for eleven. The front lady told us to sit anywhere we saw a big table in the corner, so we set up the table ourselves in one corner. A server wearing a Cincinnati jersey came and asked for drinks. Two of us wanted beer, so we ordered a couple of sodas and beers. She asked for ID from a 72-year-old uncle. I said he is 72, and asked if she was sure she couldn't serve him without ID, to which she replied that she couldn't.So, we decided to go home to get the ID since the other five had not yet arrived.
After fifteen minutes, when we came back, everyone was there. We ordered some food, but two of us were vegetarians and hadn't decided yet. We asked her to give us five minutes to decide and come back. However, we didn't see her for about 20 minutes, so we asked other staff to find her. We still hadn't placed our vegetarian orders, and we hadn't received our drinks. She went to the kitchen and came back with our food after 25 minutes. We didn't know what had happened, but she started acting rude. We received half of our food but not our drinks. We reminded her about our drinks, and finally, she brought them. Then she took our vegetarian order. After that, she went to the kitchen and returned after 20 minutes with the food.
During this time, we wanted to order extra food, drinks, and refills because the initial food we ordered wasn't sufficient for everyone. However, she was not available, so we waited until she came back with the food. By then, we were hesitant to order more due to her attitude, so we stopped ordering food. We needed some extra napkins and spoons for cake and ice cream, which we managed by ourselves. We were aware of the food taste before coming there and didn't want to complain about it.
Since our entire staff was there, we had a good time teaching them what to do and what not to do. Finally, we paid a food bill of $295 and left around $56 as a tip. Our server was doing her job, but she didn't seem eager to work. Her expression gave the impression that someone was forcing her to...
