Dunkin' — Restaurant in Edmond

I came into Dunkin’ this morning just looking for a medium iced coffee… but I left with a story I’ll be telling for the rest of my life. I was standing at the counter, debating whether to get a donut, when out of nowhere this huge, angry guy storms in and gets right in my face. He starts yelling, threatening me over some random nonsense I didn’t even understand. Then, before I could even react, one of the Dunkin’ employees, a calm, quiet guy named Kyle, leapt over the counter like an action movie hero. In one fluid motion, he grabbed a metal tray, spun like a tornado, and took the guy down in three moves. Coffee cups didn’t even spill. Donuts stayed perfectly in place. It was like watching a legend in action. The whole store went silent. The guy on the floor groaned, rolled over, got up, and ran away. Kyle straightened his apron, adjusted his Dunkin’ visor, handed me my iced coffee like nothing happened… and whispered the words I’ll never forget: "America. Runs. On. Dunkin’." I walked out shaking, sipping the most glorious coffee of my life.

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially a bad one! But OMG I’m hoping someone will see this and get a new manager in there or something! I went Wednesday 9/10 at around 12:20pm in the drive thru. Crew was great, very kind!! But the entire time while the girl was taking my order you can just hear someone yelling in the background. When I pulled up to the window you can still hear someone yelling. A girl handed me my drink and took my payment. Then a guy came and handed me my food after a couple minutes. The guy seemed so upset, I wanted to cry for him. I’m not sure if this is just a manager going off in the background or bullying in the workplace. Either way, NOT OKAY! The guy sighed really heavy and said “I hope you have a good day.” I told him the same and drove off . I seriously thought about turning around and giving someone a piece of my mind! I’m a manager myself in the food industry so I know how crew should be treated and this was not it!!...

i usually go here because it’s close to my house, and I get the same drink everyday. The quality of the drink differs everyday, and is not made with the same ingredients or same way. Today i online ordered and was unhappy with the drink (it wasn’t made with oatmilk and didn’t have 2 espresso shot) , so I asked the window person if it was made the way it usually is, and another coworker snapped back which i thought was rude. The drink didnt taste the way it should, so I went back through the line and they let me know they’d remake the drink. I go back through and they give me the exact same drink they messed up, nothing changed 😭😭 so tired of getting a different drink when i order...
