Ice-alicious Snow — Restaurant in Edmond

I’ve been a faithful customer since this stand opened. As we go all the time, I’ve gotten to know the owner and her staff. They are truly wonderful people! If she sees me in line they go ahead and have my usual order ready when I pull up to the window. She always makes my dog a little “pup cup” too. If I don’t have my dog with me they ask where he is 😆 Their snow cones are top notch, the customer service is wonderful, and I will keep coming back and recommending you to people!!!! Edited to add: *the other night a customer with obvious mental health issues and anger issues was verbally abusive to staff and the police had to be called due to their behavior. The staff handled it with grace, the police had to be called. This person vowed to leave negative reviews. Any negative reviews might be from this person, because I can’t imagine anyone leaving an actual bad review of this stand! Now go get a snow cone there! You won’t regret it! Will never spend another red cent at this place. Placed an order and watched six vehicles drive through the drive through and get served before my order was even started.

Edit: you can review your tape all you want. I was in no way belligerent. I knocked on the glass one time to get their attention to ask why they were refusing to serve a customer that had already paid. Yes I stood in the drive through line because apparently it's acceptable to take people's money and then serve a minimum of 6 other customers before me. I was not involved nor was anyone even confronted until we had waited over 45 minutes and watched customer after customer get served before us. But of course you don't want to talk about...

I don’t normally give out 5 stars, but this sno-cone stand is best in class, here’s why.

The sno-cone scene is notoriously bad. Most restaurants and stands do little more than hand out poorly-shaved ice with syrup that dyes your bowel movement pretty colors.

This sno-cone stand does much more than that. Their flavors by themselves are good and would likely receive a 4-star from me, but in addition to this, you can ask for add-ins. I asked for a full slice of cheesecake in mine and it was delicious!
