Edmond Center Court — Local services in Edmond

Update: Contacted the manager via email. Already provided date and time played, time and number contacted by staff, and team and league info. However since I lost 1 racket cover, I believe a nice facility like this should and could have done a lot better with their lost and found policies. Hence, this review is my current view of the facility. I will update if things change

WARNING TO OUT OF STATE PLAYERS AND VISITORS: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFFS ON THE COURT IF YOU ARE PLAYING ON A DIFFERENT ONE BECAUSE CLEANING STAFFS WILL MOVE IT TO LOST AND FOUND AND IF YOU CAN'T COME BACK FOR OVER A MONTH, IT WILL BE GONE!!

Here is my story. I was playing on one court, left my racket cover on another court that I warmed up with my team and the match there finished earlier than mine. After the match, I couldn't find it so I asked the front desk. They said they would call me if they do. Sure enough on my way home the staff call me and they saw it because the cleaning staffs picked it up and went on before bringing it in. Why did they do that if matches were still ongoing on the court next to it? Anyway, it was put into their lost of found. It was already night time and close to their closing time so I didn't go back. Also, I had a trip early next day that lasted a month so I couldn't pick it up. I told the staff CLEARLY on the phone to please place a note that I would pick it up in a month and she assured me she did. One month later, I came and they could not find it anymore. The manager even told me that anything left there for over a month would be removed or donated. What's the point of having a note on a lost and found item and donate or let your staff take it later? What if you have an out-of-state players that couldn't come back to OKC in 3-6 months? Would give 0...

This is a wonderful tennis facility. The courts are well cared for. They offer every service you could need. There's multiple leagues and events to choose from. Something for all ages at reasonable prices....
