Falcone's Pizza — Restaurant in Edmond

We went last night with friends and had a wonderful time!! Ordered the lasagna, the 2 chicken parmigiana special (chicken parm, spaghetti, salad, and a drink), 2 slices of pizza, 4 rice balls (arancini), and 2 bottles of cab! We sat in the lower dining area which has really cool rock memorabilia and very cool videos of concerts playing. The rice balls were the standout star! I love those and with a salad, they would make a great meal! Perfectly made leftover risotto surrounding some cheese and pancetta, deep fried and served with their handmade marinara! You cannot go wrong with pizza EVER! My favorite pizza maestro (Mitchell) is there and he and Carlos still make the best NY style pizza in the state!!! Yummmmm!!! The chicken parmigiana was super thin and crispy, absolutely great! Lastly, the lasagna is enormous and also delicious! You really cannot go wrong with any of the dishes! We wanted to try dessert, but, we were stuffed! The staff was so friendly and we had a fun time chatting with Alicia (I think), Carlos, and then Paul stopped by and we had a delightful time talking with him about his adventures! While we will continue to order takeout, we will also be back because we just love Falcone's...

Two of us came in at 11:15am om our lunch breaks and there weren't any other customers except 1. Essentially empty dining room. We ordered a 14" two topping pizza and two fountain drinks.

After 45 minutes we still hadn't received our food, and asked them nicely what the delay was, and they said they had a big order and they hadn't even started making ours yet. At no point when we ordered or during the 45 minutes was this communicated to us.

I understand challenges of big orders for small kitchens, but those should be communicated to customers so expectations are clear. You can't expect working people to come in at lunch on a weekday and wait hours for food. This was very poorly handled.

Adding insult to injury, when they refunded us, they still charged us for the fountain drinks. It's only a few bucks but the principle of it is irritating. A full refund is quite literally the least they could do, and they didn't even do that.

We like the OKC Falcones but will never return to...

First time eating in for lunch. Ordered a personal 10” margarita and their calzone. The margarita came out and I was in fear that it would be floppy and the sauce would just fall iff with the toppings. That was not the cause. It had great flop or lack there of. The crust was crunchy just like I like it. I didn’t even tell them I wanted it crunchy. I can tell they use good ingredients. It tasted really good. Probably top 5 pizza I have eaten. Didn’t use extra sauce, or ranch. Really impressed. Big shout out to Mary for making sure it was done correctly. The calzone was huge. Very shareable. The crust was crunchy as well. Very good texture blend with the ricotta and the mozzarella. Got sausage and pepperoni . That will be my go to for there. I can already tell. Really excited for a good pizza place.
