DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. This location continues to be the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. What's amazing is that the McDonald's just 3 miles away at Kelly & Danforth is quite excellent. It's amazing that for years this location has consistently been horrible while another location pulling from a very similar employment base is the worst. While trying to get breakfast on Sat, 1/9, I spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. I would have left, except 20 minutes was spent AFTER having paid. I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle. For some unknown reason, the cashier enter it as a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle minus Sausage add Canadian Bacon? After finally paying and finally reaching the pickup window, we were asked to pull forward to wait for our order which we did. Apparently, the van behind us was also asked to pull forward to wait for his order, due to space, he pulled around and in front of us. Eventually, an employee emerged from the building walked directly to the van, handed them a large order and they drove off. Unsure why that happened, we waited a few minutes longer to have the same employee emerge and try to hand us a very small order which we immediately knew was not ours and knew they gave our large order to the van in front of us. At this point, we've waited 30 minutes, have no food, can't drive to another location since they stop serving breakfast and are stuck. I got out of my car, followed the employee back into the building and requested a refund. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging me, she instead was laughing and telling her co-workers the apparently amusing story of how she gave our order to the wrong person. I observe that there is no shortage of employees inside. I had to interrupt her fun and ask for the customer to get some attention and give me a refund. Shortly, I see what is apparently the manager in the back get my request for a refund who then walks straight to the counter. Makes no eye contact, makes no comment to me, but instead pulls a $20 bill and places it on the counter. Being very upset at this point, I sarcastically say, "Oh, I'm so sorry. Please let me help you and take care of this for you." In response to my words, I finally get an "I'm sorry." As I'm walking out, the manager says under his breath, "I walked into this." I didn't actually completely make it out, turned and asked, "What did you say?" To which he repeats, "I walked into this and am trying to fix it." My response was simply, "So somehow that becomes my fault as the customer. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been in." I've lived in Edmond now for 6 years and this location has been horrible over this entire time. I keep trying this location since it is in a convenient location, but I'm done. This was the last straw. I will either just NOT go to McDonald's or will go to another location. I don't want a coupon, or discount or any other offer of free food. I can afford to pay for my food. I cannot afford to lose and waste my time waiting in these lines and the frustration of getting an incorrect order. I won't go back to this location. The only way that would change is if I actually received some kind of real contact or email that something specific and concrete has been done at this location. Don't waste my time or yours with a generic, "We are working to solve these issues." It's been 6 years, I've written before. You either have so much business that it doesn't matter or you just simply don't care.
Allow me to add that previously, we've been handed a cheeseburger with no meat and a sausage McGriddle with no sausage which is just two pieces of...

Read moreAn employee of this establishment entered the bathroom this evening while I was washing my hands. It was between 8:05 and 8:15 p.m. CDT on 5/21/2018. He used the urinal, walked past me without washing his hands (or even rinsing them - which wouldn't do any good anyway) and he then yelled "GET IT, GIRL!" back at me over his shoulder as he exited the bathroom (i have long hair. HA.HA. very funny). He proceeded back to the kitchen where i watched him prepare food for people while I was at the counter. He took frozen meat from the freezer to cook with his unwashed hands. Nice. Never going back to this place. Disgusting, unwarranted, and rude behavior overalll. I hate giving bad reviews for any place but this employee asked for it. I can understand the rudeness (sort of) but NOT the fact that he did not wash his hands after using the bathroom. Never going to this this particular McDonald's again. It won't hurt their pocket-book but they should fire employees who...
