Salad and Go — Restaurant in Edmond

Stopped by the drive-thru to pick up some food and ordered a Caesar salad wrap. The woman on the intercom was very sweet and professional, which I appreciated. However, the experience quickly went downhill at the window.

When I asked for a cup of water with my order, the employee behind the counter abruptly said “no” and completely ignored me after that. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Thankfully, another staff member eventually handed me the water I had politely requested.

The overall interaction left a really negative impression. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional and showed zero interest in basic customer service. I had hoped to give this location another chance, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

If the management or owners happen to read this — I strongly suggest re-evaluating the customer service standards at this location. Hire people who genuinely want to serve customers and represent your business well.
