I wanted to give a higher rating as the concept and location is perfect, but the tacos underwhelmed. The good: they were plenty meaty and the green salsa was a nice flavor. The quesadillas is MASSIVE and packed with brisket. The bad: the flavor was lacking consistently and especially on the Cajun shrimp tacos where it felt under seasoned. The queso isn’t my kind of queso it’s a smokey bold flavor… just give me white queso and Jalepenos! The chips are too thick. Thin those tortillas out and give it more of a cantina style would be better. Give more salsa! Maybe throw some pico in there too. Why be so skimpy on a massive Quesadilla! For the tacos add cilantro or some spices and put more cabbage on the tacos would even out the meet to crunch ratio. Overall service was great and I’d expect to try again after opening and see where...

I initially thought $5 might be pricey for a "street taco" but once I saw the size I realized it was bigger than a typical street taco. I liked the juice from the lime slices that helped cut through the richness of the pulled pork. I'll definitely be back to try out other options on the menu. They say "no seats, just eats" but they do have a couple of two seater tables outside that I took advantage of....
