Hoagie, the owner, is arguably the cheapest owner/operator of any restaurant I have visited anywhere in the world. I have never visited his establishment WITHOUT a coupon and NEVER will. Hoagie complains every time but guess what? As I remind him, he’s still making money but not as much as he wanted!
To further my point, why would I offer a two star review? I am simply sick and tired of his poor attitude and rather livid that todays purchase for two small wrapper meals resulted in Hoagie providing exactly two napkins and two packages of ketchup! I mean seriously, how cheap can you be when You withhold napkins! I elected to spend $9.82 at your business, and your poorly wrapped burger blows up on my lap and only one napkin! Unbelievable!
Also, he has the nerve to charge $0.10 for a packet of barbecue sauce. Do you have any idea how disillusioned my young son was when he did not get barbecue sauce and as a man of principle, I would never pay for something that every fast food restaurant in the Western Hemisphere I’ve visited provided with the purchase of food! Unbelievable!
Burger King corporate would be well advised to nip this behavior in the butt but I’ll be back, with my coupon, just to see the look on Hoagie’s face. It’s worth it. I suggest you all...
Read moreHad a bad experience at this BK today. Ordering through the BK app, there is a very short drink menu, obviously not showing all the options. Before my boyfriend could have a chance to tell the asian masked female worker inside that he wanted a different drink, she had already zipped off to pour the wrong drink he didn't want in the drivethru fountain. When she came back and he politely asked her to refill what he actually wanted, she got super huffy puffy with him and asked "why didn't you say something before?" Um hello you BEELINED away from him before he had a chance and would have had to YELL in order for you to hear him with your headset on a mile away. Terrible service. I noticed when my boyfriend came out with the food, he was followed by her locking the doors and putting the Closed Lobby sign up. Very unpleasant experience and if you're in a bad mood working service industry, maybe reconsider your position and find work away from serving others. She needs a pink slip for her severely bad attitude. Not coming back to this BK ever again because of her major attitude problem. Taking anger out on my disabled boyfriend....disgusting. It leaves a very bad taste...
Read moreMy Son and I went into this broken down and poorly ran franchise for lunch. We used the B.K. App (helpful and cost effective) to order a wopper meal for two. My Son added a ten piece order of nuggets to the order. When our order was ready I saw the MANAGER put one previously ordered bbq sauce in the bag. I asked him for another bbq sauce and he said "it's ten more cents" . I suggested that one very small allotment of bbq sauce is not enough to enjoy 10 pieces of chicken. The MANAGER repeated "it's only ten cents" . I suggested that one sauce for ten nuggets is far from o.k.. He repeated "it's ten cents". I seen I was getting nowhere with this late aged going nowhere thick headed ass. I took our bag (not paying the 10 cents out of principle for another sauce). And drove back to work with the boy and good in tow. Ironically, when we were we arrived back at work. We had our whoppers fries and drinks. Which by the way, we're out of my favorite drink, and only one of the two ice dispensers worked. To find, they didn't even give my son his nuggets anyway. Restaurant truly sucks,...
