TL;DR: Dairy Queen Grill & Chill delivers delicious food with $7 meal deals, standout spicy burgers, and perfect Oreo Blizzards. The fries are underrated, and the ice cream is made with real Oreos—simple perfection in fast food.
Full Review: Our visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite a brief wait for the staff to manage drive-through orders first, once we were served, every aspect of our meal exceeded expectations.
We opted for the $7 meal deals, choosing the burger option. The basic burger included in the deal was a pleasant surprise—subtly delicious, juicy, and satisfyingly fatty in all the right ways. Truly, a flavorful experience.
The standout item was the spicy burger. It offered just the right amount of heat to elevate the flavor profile without overwhelming the palate. This burger was a testament to Dairy Queen's ability to craft quality food within the fast food genre, providing options that cater to different tastes.
Accompanying our burgers were Dairy Queen's underrated fries—perfectly salted and crispy, they were an excellent complement to the main dishes.
For dessert, we indulged in Oreo Blizzards, which were made with real Oreos. This attention to detail was evident in every bite—crunchy Oreo pieces mixed into creamy ice cream, creating a blend of textures and flavors that was simply perfection.
In terms of value, both the cheaper options and pricier items were well worth the cost. The $7 meal deals offered substantial portions and great taste, making Dairy Queen Grill & Chill a standout among fast food joints.
It's clear why Dairy Queen remains a favorite for many—it combines affordability with quality, making it a go-to choice for a satisfying meal or sweet treat.
This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has reaffirmed why it's one of my favorite fast food spots. From the delicious burgers and fries to the exceptional Oreo Blizzards, every item we tried was a testament to Dairy Queen's commitment to delivering great taste and value. If you're in the mood for quality fast food, this place is a must-visit.

Read moreThis is the one time I wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered an Oreo blizzard cake for my fiances birthday on Thursday I normally get a cheaper cake but wanted this year to be special so I splurged a little, I paid extra for customization/a picture of my fiance and our dog to be on the cake. I received a call from them the same day to confirm my order and pick up time, which would be Sunday at 1pm , when I came in to pickup the young woman brought out a plain cake with no picture and pink icing, this is for a 27 year old man who unfortunately does not prefer pink writing. The order form clearly said red. I tell the cashier the issue and she apologized and went to call her manager, who informed me the picture machine wasn't working, and he didn't know about the icing, but said he would call me shortly as he couldn't do anything when he's not there and he assured me I would be "taken care of" the woman then told me she could change the icing color, and it would be simple. I said okay and waited. This whole process took about an hour and I ended up with a cake with red gel and pink frosting from before smeared all over the cake behind the icing. I was so disappointed but since I was late to his party I had to take the cake and hope to be taken care of later. I would have been better off with a cake for 16$ at Safeway. Fast forward to now I get a call offering 50% off my next cake. My next cake??? Why would I trust them to do a cake again. They had 2 days to call me and tell me the picture machine wasn't working, so I could go to another dairy Queen. They wrote in pink icing and absolutely ruined my fiances cake. They then said they didn't have the power to do a refund, however after I finally voiced my discontentment fully they offered me a $10 refund. So they lied about being able to refund and did not take care of me leaving me with a messed up cake and an awkward situation, not to mention the cake was $60 and looked like a butchered mess. Don't put yourself through this and order from another...
Read moreEvening of July 17,2020 Horrible Customer Service Experience I just wanted to bring to corporates attention I am very disappointed in this Dairy Queen Address: 7530 212th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026 in Edmonds, WA. It shouldn't take 20 minutes when their were only 2 cars in front of me in a drive thru to get an order, regardless if it was just a some desserts that were ordered. I ordered a Royal Cheesecake Strawberry Royal Blizzard dessert and have to say by the time I got up to the drive thru the blizzard was sitting there, for how long have no idea but was melting as well as my brother ordering a strawberry sundae which had also been sitting there. It seemed the employees were stoned literally and on some kind of narcotics, because they couldn't even find simple things such as a lid when I asked for one for the blizzard and sundae and the gentlemen kept asking someone where are the lids. Seemed like the place is completely mis managed and from a customers viewpoint it sounded like a party in the establishment waiting for our desserts to arrive. When the gentlemen did turn my blizzard over it wasn't turned all the way, which is unacceptable and should have been tipped completely upside down. The desserts should be noted were partially melted as well, overall product is nowhere near what I would expect from Dairy Queen. I am quite dis-satisfied to say the least and really makes me think about going back to Dairy Queen in general if this is the kind of service and product being delivered. I can also say my Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard didnt have strawberries in the center like its advertised it was all just thrown in the ice cream with chunks of cheesecake...
