Bought 4 subs here yesterday using the app for take out. Family started to eat them immediately and in all 4 found rotten spoiled ingredients. One bite and could tell something was bad. Pulled them apart and the cucumbers were floppy and clearly spoiled. The bell peppers were off-colored and had tasted rancid. The spinach was slimy. The fact the ingredients were spoiled was visible on sight, and from touch, so person who made the sandwiches had to have known. We threw them out not willing to risk food poisoning. I tried to post a complaint on the company's website but it won't let me fill in the date of the visit and says site is unavailable, so it won't even let me complain. I would avoid this place -- or at least not order in the app and watch them make your sandwich to see if ingredients look ok. But still -- ick -- if they are letting ingredients sit around and turn bad, not sure I trust them to keep the meat and cheese safe for consumption. We threw them away before eating enough to get really sick, but just a bite of rancid ingredients was enough to...
Read moreSubway has become very expensive for the average quality of its food ($18 for a not-so-great 12" sub and that's without a drink or chips). This particular location doesn't accept coupons (which otherwise make the price much more reasonable) that the other Edmonds location does accept. Of course, they don't tell you that until they've already made your sandwich and you're at the register and essentially have to pay their rip off price. The employee was nice though and I have no issues with her. It's just a matter of this location's owner choosing not to accept coupons. So, if you have coupons, go to the other Edmonds location. I will anyway on those rare times I would even pay these prices because I'm not going to reward a location that doesn't honor coupons that Subway itself puts out in...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I only work a few minutes away so I like to go here. Unfortunately, the new manager is not nice at all and quite frankly doesn't even try to be nice. The bread was raw, they were out of the chips my 'co-workers wanted, the oven for the fresh melt was broken and I was not told until I asked why it was being toasted, the ice machine was was broken - which I thought no problem I can get ice at work - which I did- however the soda was FLAT! Needless to say, I will drive 10 minutes up the road from now on when we want Subway. And I must add that one of my co-workers that went to this Subway every single day for lunch now goes elsewhere because she has had multiple experiences like...
