McDonald's — Restaurant in Egg Harbor City

So you are one lucky person if you go thru this McDonald's drive-thru and get to place your order with a young lady named Ryan nah. She is the absolute best thing that has happened to this McDonald's in a very long time. She is very well spoken and guaranteed to be one of the nicest person you will come across that entire day. She's polite , friendly , clear and on point taking her orders. More places need to have more Rayannah's. Kudos to you Rayannah and please don't ever change a thing about being you . I was so delightfully impressed that I had to ask for her name to come here to Google reviews and give her the shout out she rightfully deserves. Not too many people get the good reviews but I am a very fair person and I always like to do the reviews weather good or bad but the good ones are way nicer to share on here . I wish they were all good reviews but sadly they are not . However this is a very good one thanks to Rayannah . Terrible service horrendous management. And the quality and staff seem to be somewhere else besides on the job metaphorically speaking. Orders from here are constantly broght back either wrong product or getting a double quater pounder with regular burgers instead of the quater pounder burgers YES there is a difference. Also management seems to never rectify any damages or service discrepancies. I have been to quite a few states and eaten at tons of McDonald's and this one takes the cake i assure you. This review isn't bias but honest & fair i can only claim and speak of what happens daily at the establishment i have eyewitnessed. Word of advice save your money and make a trip across the street to WaWa and get yourself something healthy but most importantly something you actually paid for. The place fits hand in glove with Egg Harbor City and it's locals seem to enjoy it but who am i to dare post a honest review. Went there at about 7 o’clock to get two orders of hotcakes I guess the minimum wage kids were a little upset because somebody through the syrup and the butter in the bag and they were all exploded all over the bag and then leaked out of the hole in the bag all over my car. So I tried to call after 15 rings mailbox is full cannot leave any messages goodbye. So I guess I’ll just eat it no pun intended clean my own car I could keep trying to get in touch with them and have them you know do something but they didn’t even know how to put food in a bag or to control all the kids that work there and all their friends that hang out there.
