This post is going to be pretty long so I have been ordering here for quite some time every now and again when my son wants Pizza in the beginning it was good never great until two weeks ago I order the same thing every time and I don't tip when he puts his hand out you earn a tip you don't ask for it so what they started doing was telling me a different price at the door just so they got a tip for me lying to me My total was higher then what it said on my phone that was number one number two my pizza had flies in it I called and complained the manager laughed at me on the phone and told me that's funny and I told him what is funny about that that is unsanitary and very disgusting so he told me he can remake my pizza when the guy comes to the door he tells me I have to pay for the new pizza I told him he was remaking it because there was a fly in my box on top of the pizza I still ended up paying full price plus full delivery and the guy also had to hand out wanting to tip and I told him I was not giving him a tip I open up that pizza that they remade there was a chunk of balled up hair I finally call corporate the corporate sent me a $10 gift card on my email and said she would send my complaint to the office of the guy who owns this Dominos so a guy calls me a week later and tells me that he's sorry he would have a talk with a guy that works at night and he would give me two free pizzas breadsticks and wings basically we're giving me my order that I spent $45 on so I call couple days after to get my order so at the end of the phone call he tells me it's going to be $43.87 and I said wait a minute my name is in the computer system he's supposed to re give me my order he said I can only give you one free medium Pizza you're going to have to pay for the rest plus delivery so the guy comes to the door once again has his hand out for a tip same guy I pay the 4387 I get the stuffed jalapeno bacon bread and I got Boneless Wings plain with sauce on the side he dropped the chicken wings in the dirt and there was nothing in the bread besides cheese the pizza was stuck to the top of the box like he dropped it I called corporate again now a lady calls my phone and tells me I can get whatever I want in the store no problem so I call yesterday she gives me my order comes to the door I don't give him anything I got it for free but the wings were nothing but fat I am done with Domino's Pizza it took me how many tries just to get one order correct if someone's paying $45 for two medium pizzas some wings and bread they should get it right and stop adding on their own tips that's not right I will never recommend this store to anyone and I hope whoever reads...

The most humiliating part is the audacity you had based off a driver who didn’t even bother to call you as I called the store , who was extremely disrespectful let alone commenting on the fact of how I may have gave a wrong room number as well express the fact of multiple cards when your driver never even gave a chance to understand I was charged as well inpatient let alone physical irrational and who raised his tone in front of my child . If you would actually understand how he presented him self with fear based off of the area ! Let alone it is a motel 6 the reality my info is attached and sense you want to say that “ he said you had muplite cards !” As I try showing the online purchase and made a attempt to show him My card number and ID as he yelled at me and threw the food in his trunk( which is so unprofessional ) let me just say this yes I have a debit card and credit card and a room key along with my ID ! Read moreI somehow didn't realize that I wasn't tipping the delivery drivers when ordering on the app. My food tonight (on Easter) was delivered by the nicest guy...and the smartest. He never asked for a tip, nor did he ever say a word that I didn't tip. All he did was hand me a receipt to sign for. I asked him why I needed to sign, and he just said it was for the records of the restaurant. When I looked at the paper, there was no tip added!!?? When you're used to the tip being automatically added on other food delivery sites, you can completely miss the fact that it doesn't happen here. I was MORTIFIED to realize that not only had I not tipped him, but I love Dominos, and not tipped SO many others in my confusion. I'm so glad that he helped me figure this out in such a simple, elegant, and gentle way. I'm a customer service provider as a Manager for a gas station. I understand the choreography that's needed when working with the public. This delivery guy is the epitome of professionalism while still knowing his worth. Promote him, or I'll poach him to work for me. Lol. Corporate NEEDS to clarify the tipping option on the app to meet the standards set by the rest of the food delivery industry.
