Shakira Pastry — Restaurant in El Cajon

I been living in San Diego county for almost 20 years and I never had a service or kind of sweets like that place, the worst service , and the worst sweet that I ever tasted, I called that place and I spoke with one of the workers called Sara and I ordered some kind of sweets called Warbat very low shira (sugar) because I am diabetic and I sent my sister to drive like 80 miles RT and when she got home and I tried like one bite, and I spit it in the trash, look’s like they put five pounds of sugar on it, so the same time I called them and I spoke with the same person that I ordered from, and I explain to her how much sugar was on it, and I asked for a full refund, and she said come tomorrow and bring it with you and will issue a refund back to your bank, next day I sent my son and he drove same distance from Escondido, CA to EL Cajon city and when he got there and asked for Sara, they told him no one here called in that name, and they refused to take it back or give me the money back, and that what the owner told the employee, so my son came back home with nothing. We had Baklava from Shakira Bakery in El Cajon at our wedding, and it was an absolute hit! Everyone loved them — our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious they were.
