Valley Foods — Local services in El Cajon

Alright let’s get one thing straight , I don’t know his name but I’m sure he’s a manager working at valley foods. Bald headed grayish beard and a big attitude. This guy is sooooooo rude . I seen him talk down on a customer for parking his car in front of the store . The guy was caught off gaurd because the spot looks like a parking spot and there is no sign that says no parking. I thought the manager could have had a bad day or something .

A month later I come in and asked another sweet elder man organizing the vegetables to assist me in finding some chicken broth. The man goes to ask the bald headed tan guy with the grayish beard (same guy ) the man asked for who and looked at me and said no we don’t have nothing in a wrong way , the elder man caught off guard tried to help me further but I already felt bad he has to deal with that guy. Anyway , I called my freind who advised me to go to valey foods and was like what is wrong with you lol the service sucks! His brother interrupts and says why , I explained the situation, not even half way thru he’s like oh the bald guy grayish beard mid fourties’ and I said yeah , he says that guy is the worst and continues to complain further about the guy . Enough said however my message is to the owner, please fix this we want to keep coming to valley foods but we avoid to because of this situation. so today I went into the store because I had bought some thing about a week ago. The thing that I bought was fresh or expired and it was very sour, so I threw it away in the trash. I spoke with the manager today but I am not going to mention his name, to tell him about the issue I had with the certain item. he laughed and made a joke and didn't even offer to give me a new one. After I complained about him and how poorly he treated his customer he then tried to offer me a new one. I told him no thanks in a very nice way. I think they lost a customer a long time customer for a item that cost $2.50. also their outrageous prices on toilet papers just shows what kind of business they're running. It's pretty sad but I am thinking about taking my money and spending it somewhere...

Went there today to get some stuff and the cashier was so rude, no manners, no customer service, and no respect, TRAIN your employees for better customer service and show some care to that not just care about collecting money, remember if it wasn't for us customers you wouldn't have business elsewhere, your cashier failed to answer a simple question while checking out thinking I was hitting on her or trying to have a conversation, I asked her a simple question and she barely answered while showing rude face expression, like hello ? I'm not gonna say the full name but it starts with an N, short and tiny, not even cute for a guy to hit on her, I hope this reaches to someone at the management who actually takes these...
