Starbucks — Restaurant in El Cajon

I'm writing this review for the Starbucks that is inside the Vons off Chase Ave. I'm a long time Starbucks customer for decades. This was the rudest Barista I've ever encountered. And much of my time has been spent in serious urban environments like big cities with busy, angry people and the the baristas always try to be nice. Even in busy airports, they're nicer than young lady was who was all by herself with no customers, but the two of us.There was nobody in line so we walked up to the counter. She was busy doing something. We Stood there for a couple minutes. She was purposely ignoring us and did not even say something like "I'll be with you in a moment". She acted like she was angry about something or just stuck up. I had not had any interaction with her and two of us were just standing there together. Maybe she didn't like our race or age? We stood there quietly for another couple minutes while she continued doing something behind the counter. We then turned and walked away. No more Starbucks for us. Well especially at this one.

It was about 4:00 on Sunday afternoon August 10th. Definitely not prime time. No other customers. Just me and my friend. It's so sad what...

I dont live in the area, and this is closest the Starbucks that showed up on Google from where I was. I walked up to the counter and the guy just stared at me, I wasn't greeted or asked what I wanted to order. When he handed me my change, he dropped it in my hand, like rushing me to move out of the way. After I ordered I was waiting by the pickup counter, the girl just Left my drink there, and didn't even let me know it was ready, like other Starbucks do. Besides the fact that they were rude, my caramel macchiato had barely any caramel in it, not the way other Starbucks prepare it, so it tasted funny. I have never had my macchiato made this way. They lack customer service skills, and I would not...

I attempted to order a simple drink I’ve been ordering for many years. Iced Coffee with white Mocha. (Iced white Mocha) The employee proceeds to tell me there’s no such thing as iced coffee at Starbucks. I’m pretty sure Starbucks sells iced coffee drinks. She proceeds to make me exactly what I ordered even though she says what I ordered wasn’t in existence at Starbucks. This was a bad experience and I will not be visiting this...
