Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Cajon

When I pulled up I wasn't sure what I wanted to get. I spoke up 3 times asking to order. After 1-2 minutes, the drive-thru associate looked out the window. Her microphone was in the entire time as well. I ordered the #21, entree only . Total was around $5.30. As I was pulling around the building, I noticed there was a sign up that stated I could have ordered 2 entrees for $6. So when I got to the window I asked the gentleman if I could add another Sandwich on there and make it $6. He said they would have to make a brand new one and it would take 2 to 3 minutes. You could tell he really didn't want to have to avoid something out and rering it up period I told him" that that's OK I'll wait." I even offered to pull up and park on the side period he asked me if I would make another loop around the building and come through the line again and then my order would be ready by then. It wasn't that busy it was late at night. A job is not just a means to an end. One should take pride in what they do, no matter what title they have. This place needs to fire whoever does the ordering. There has been quite a few times when I have gone there and they're out of things like whipped cream, can't make any oreo shakes and other every day kinds of supplies. Then I find they raised the price on milkshakes where other stores haven't. I decided to quit going to this location. Also the last time I was there , when I parked in the parking lot and got out of my vehicle there was an unmistaken smelk in the air. When I looked at the wall in front of my truck there was human diarrhea dripping down the wall. I got back in my vehicle and left never to return again. I have noticed that there was always alot if homeless people hanging around inside and outside this location. I've seen them digging in the garbage cans ti find cups in which to go inside and get refills from the soda fountain. I think this location is dirty and overall nasty and I give...

I usually order the Munchie box and and extra order of medium fries. I usually go to this location because they normally give the amount that is given. Today however, they put my whole order in the Munchie box. I only received 4 onion rings and I know the fries amount was a small not a medium. I questioned the server at the window where my fries where. When he said they were in the box I felt something not right. I got home looked at my order and feel I was cheated a full side of onion rings and a full medium size fries. If they fix this for the next time I go, I will change my rating to a 5. But until...
