This Starbucks serves OK drinks. However, if you like going through the drive-through like me, prepare to get frustrated. I donāt know if they have a faulty system, or what the problem is, but they always struggle to hear my order. I am not a soft spoken person either, and I am very articulate. I literally have to raise my voice, almost to the point of yelling. In addition, I usually need to repeat my order two or three times for them to get it right.
ā iād like call hot coffeeā... silence for 4-5 seconds, ā did you say small hot chocolate?ā, ā no, that was a tall hot coffeeā, ā did you say a tall latte?ā... etc., erc. Very frustrating.
Also, this Starbuck seems to take unusually long for drive-throughout orders. The other Starbucks drive-through that I go to normally turn orders pretty fast. Not here. Be prepared to wait in the drive-through line for 10 to 15 minutes, even if there are only three or four cars...

This is the closest location to my house, however, I normally go to another one because I can assure that it runs like a well oiled machine. This location is poorly managed, they never seem to have enough employees, the employees donāt seemed well trained.For the most part employees are very nice, I try giving them the benefit of the doubt. I also kind of wonder if they canāt hear very well and the drive thru. This location seems to have high turnover, so Iām guessing this isnāt the best store...
