This is honestly the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at any fast food.
Each and every single person working around 7:30 on May 3rd are all ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and went inside and there was already five people in there waiting that were also DoorDash orders and mobile orders. Two boys and like two girls all stared at all of us and none of them bothered to even ask what our names were for the order. We waited there for 15 minutes until one girl finally decided to come and shouted out my name for half my order. The other 4 guys were telling me they were there for 20-30 minutes and finally a rude dark skin girl came out and started giving all of us attitude and even told one guy “you didn’t tell us to check in your order” and we were like “how do we tell you guys we even have an order if none of you aren’t even acknowledging any of us”. And her excuse was “sorry we’re busy” and mind you every single person in the drive through line who came after us inside orders were already gone they put their drive through as a priority and not inside mobile orders who order ahead. It makes no sense. Everyone of us 5 people had/have work(ed) in fast food and were mind blown how ridiculous the “customer service” is. Read moreThis is my neighborhood Taco Bell, so we come here often. There have been may different situations with this particular store when we do choose to eat from this restaurant, but my wife and I also choose to give them the benefit of the doubt being that they are a fast food business which can be hectic and that the lines are long sometimes. However, this time around, I couldn't hold back. I placed a mobile order so that the food is prepared and ready when we arrive (the purpose of using the app). When we pulled up (40 minutes later), we were stuck behind a long line for an extra 35 minutes. We then get to the window just to have to wait for them to make our food, which had us waiting an additional 7-8 minutes. I tried to get their attention as they were prepping someone else's mobile order before mine. It is definitely not the first time they didn't have my mobile order ready upon arrival. However, what did draw the line witj me was their lack of professionalism and consideration. They threw my chips into the bag along with the hot sauces. Now my chips are all over the place between my hot sauce packets. I tried to get their attention but no one wanted to come back to the window. I decided to proceed and report this on here instead of causing a scene at the window with the already long line behind us. DO BETTER...
Read moreDrive though open only 9 pm long line of cars. Ordered correct on screen , order correct on receipt. bUt almost home 5 miles away realized WTH this is not what I ordered at all! Super Lame Drove 5 miles back to wait in drive through line backed up past entry to drive though we'll into parking lot. Idling the whole time. Ahhh. I passed the ordering speaker to fix my purchase. At pick up window I informed cashier I received the wrong order that I had my receipt which is correct but the food in the bag was not. The young man who was cashiering asked me if I could drive back out get in line again to re order " mistake order" in the drive-thru intercom / menu. 😠🤬 I'm not wasn't going to wait some more than gas than I had so far with this mis order. Cashier said" ahhh why is the line long? " It sure is Dude. That's Crazy wouldn't he know the line is long because of the non stop orders coming in and going out. Gee wiz! They replaced my order I didn't have to enter the line again. But 3 young guys standing clueless while 1 guy worked the making food orders. By the way taco Bell fries are yucky.
