We had a bacon western burger with fries and cornbread. Plus, a tri tip plate with chili beans, potato salad, and cornbread. The fries were great! Possibly coated with flour then fried, which made them very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The potato salad was also really good, not too wet or dry. The burger was okay, nothing wrong with it, but not a solo reason to eat there. The cornbread was a bit on the dry side, the beans appeared to be pinto beans with some ground beef inside and very heavy on the pepper. I absolutely love tri tip whenever I can get it. Leroy's was okay. It was sliced with the grain instead of across/against the grain like is usually done. Read moreFood was just ok that's it nothing that made you say "WOW". Beef ribs were overly seasoned with pepper and had that thin layer of skin on one side that cooked into a plastic texture that made it hard to chew. Tri-tip really didn't have that meat taste like I've tried on every other tri-tip I've tasted before. Cornbread need something was dry. The mac & cheese needs cheese. The chillibeans were just cooked beans with meat. The food didn't have that smokey taste. I'm not encouraging people not to go and try it out for themselves, it's just I don't think we are going back...
