Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I live close so I use to come all the time. Some of the ladies working here are so mean to the customers. I've seen them talking loud behind there back and laughing or whispering things to each other while looking at some of the homeless customers. It's disgusting. There is quite a bit of homeless in the area who I have seen trying to come inside to eat and get out of the heat and they straight up just refuse them service and say "it's part of policy" What policy refuses homeless? How can you even tell if someone is homeless? Because they are dirty? Because they don't dress up to par? I just don't understand. So please don't come here looking dirty or under dressed. They are also not service pet friendly because I've brought my service dog before and they never even asked me if it was a service animal. I brought my service dog once and a short lady a little on the heavy side demanded me to get out loud and in front of everyone. I didn't even bother to show her my dogs documentation I just left. They never ask nicely and they obviously don't care what I had to say either because she just walked away. They tell customers who are chatting outside or waiting for a cab or ride to leave. I've walked in on some younger workers smoking in the restroom and then blame it on a homeless. It's just crazy. Some of the ladies I feel are holding some kind of grudge toward me for some reason. Something really needs to be done about these people I've already filed 3 complaints about the same worker lady who is always being mean to me or my family members and nothing...
Read moreI never thought I'd rate a McDonald's perfect.
This location has met what we see in online ads and the menu pictures. The food is made nearly fresh as it can be. The staff today, November 2nd, 2019, is very experienced or they know their jobs perfectly. Their customer service and keeping appearances rivals what I see in Japans perfectionist food theater of service.
As I sat eating my chicken sandwich that looked like the menu item I ordered, the cashiers moved about checking the customers at the tables. Cleaned up and made things tidy. They bounced around locations beaming and greeting new arrivals.
This feels like a movie scene paid for by McDonald's when in fact I paid for this meal on my own.
For the first time in my life. I can say I felt like I was at home.
Kimberly was the most helpful to name one person that stood out. (In photo for Corporate)
To any of those looking for a good experience. Hit up this location. Been going here since the 90s. It bad gone down hill and now ita back. It needs to reset its stars rating as this place has flip flopped into amazingness.
Kimberly once again as I finished this review helped out a few kids ordering. They were talking amongst themselves and she came over and introduced herself and helped them figure out the deals and ordering at the Kiosk, finishing that she left quickly after letting them know she was there when ready, to go open the door for a family and welcome them to McDonald's.
Good Job McDonald's corporation for this revival and...
Read moreThey got a self ordering system that I absolutely hate. Unless you work or have worked for McD, it's maddening to use it. All the customers were forced to use it too. I just want to walk in, give my order, get my food, eat, and leave. Now I have to waste my time looking at a touch screen and figure out what is a combo and not. Jack in the box tried this ten yrs ago and it failed. It's a waste of a customer's time. I understand why they are doing it, Cali min wage is eating away at the bottom line so cutting jobs is result, but it's causing customer frustrations. Anyway, total time I was here for a to go order was 20 mins. Took 7 mins to figure out how to order a combo meal, and 13 mins for it get in my hands. The next time I have to come here I'll just use the app, which I now feel like have no choice but to have. McD... YOU SUCK! I'm...
