First time here. Dine in today. Ordered the chicken katsu, and the veggies were cold (ice cold).The veggies are under the chicken in the photo. I ask the lady that took my order about the cold veggies and she told me that it comes cold because if it was hot it would make the chicken soggy from the steam it would create in the container it came in. She should of made me some warm veggies to make a customer happy, but she didnt. Never had a place give you cold veggies before on purpose. I had plenty of katsu chicken at other places, and the veggies were very hot, even in a container. So I gave 2 stars, should have given 1 stars. Probably not coming back here, it cost me $20.00.

I recently had the Lau Lau…it was delicious. I need another one. I’ve been coming here for about six months now. I was a bit apprehensive due to the few complaints, so when I initially went I went in person. It’s a grease spoon hole in the wall and I love it. The Chinese food is good too. Always tastes fresh. Ordered my girls fries from here too. I almost ate them all, like y’all gotta share lol. Anyways, I gave a 5 stars. That’s rare for me. Staff is serious and nice. I appreciate their mood…no bs and good food. Keep up the good work Frannies. Thank you!!

It's Hawaiian bbq, I mean I don't have any complaints; at least nothing worth a mention. They have your average assortment of dishes, though nothing extraordinary but what they have does suffice & tastes good as well.

They also have an small assortment of other Chinese food in a banquet style; along with the usual 2 entree and your choice of fried rice or chow mein (at least I'm pretty they offer the chow mein as an option). However I cannot speak for the Chinese food's quality as I have yet to order any of it. I just stick to the BBQ.

So yeah, it's a pretty great place in my opinion. Although I will say, AND THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE; if you are offering the Hawaiian BBQ CALL AHEAD! It's about a 15 minute wait so it's definitely recommended...

I ordered food for delivery and as I was eating the first two bites of my food as I look down before I bit into my second bite I see there was a hair underneath the chicken I was about to eat . I had an issue with my delivery order and they were extremely rude did not want to refund my money and insisted that I was lying.My hair is purple and the hair in my food was short and black they insisted that they were hair caps but if that was the case they would not be any hair in my food because I had just took it out of the bag.
