Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in El Cerrito

Asked for 2 beef hot dogs with onions and ketchup and the older lady taking orders through the drive through was clearly distracted because she completely ignored my order. After she asked what I want I told her my order again and she asked if I wanted beef or regular hot dog completely ignoring that I said “beef”. She didn’t seem to understand what beef was cause she asked if I wanted beef or regular like 3 times. Before I can give her the rest of my order she shut me off and gave me the grand total. I stayed gave her the rest of my order and pulled up and asked to see if she got it correct. She forgot to Add onions and ketchup on my hotdog so I reminded her as I paid. She gave me my order with a bad attitude and with a hot dog with no onions. 1 star for being a terrible employee to your customer with a lack of ability to follow instructions adequately. The other staff are cool tho and always get my orders right. This old lady has done this to me before and seems to be a common occurrence which I why I’m posting 1 star. If you see her, make sure she FULLY, COMPLETELY, COMPREHENDS, your order because she will act like she can’t hear your or understand you.

PS: I know for sure she wasn’t busy and was slacking off because there were no other customers in...

This is a very good wienerschnitzel throughout the years I was in preschool my mother was assistant manager Karen Monahan and I can never forget being employed by this wienerschnitzel my mom was going through tough times when she became a manager there with three girls in a trailer park going to the rodeo all the way to El cerrito barely making it and there was some tough stories where we had to even be there cuz my mom didn't have babysitting but finally found babysitting I thank you for employing my mom throughout the years or the time that we were there me Debbie Kelly and Sheree of my mom said I can prove you wrong by not being too old and I never forgot this wienerschnitzel God bless you all and thank you for employee my mom at the most hardest times many things that happened through all her years and my mom was a very good woman she was a widow or she lost her husband in an auto accident and then had us with the man that was not stable but very loving. despite that you employed one of the best mother is there...

Ok, First time at Wienerschnitzel in about 8 years, and boy, how great it tastes. Ordered the number 1 combo, 2 chili cheese dogs with onions, fries, and coke. Your staff, Great. Very frendley and professional. Got my order, pulled around, and parked. This is something you need to eat with no distraction. Took my first bite into the chili dog, OMG, just as I remembered it. Delicious. Fries were hot, salted just right, great. Oh, it was soooo good the entire meal. They did forget the onions, but it was still great, and they didn't charge me for them, so it's ok. I just wanted to be able to taste that Delicious Chili Cheese Dog. Wish they had this in the Marietta Georgia area. I know I put 3 stars for atmosphere, really not much there.
