Veg Momo : saag (spinach) Alu (potato) Chicken Momo : uncooked meat Momo achar : more of a sweet kind of achar which isn’t Nepali Momo achar
This was the worst Momo I have ever had in my whole life. As a Nepali I don’t recommend it in any way,no authenticity nothing! I am not sure if it’s Tibetan taste however,if they keep Nepali in name, authenticity should be served! Waste of money, time and taste bud!
Update: As soon as we got home, we end up puking!

It was sunny in the corner table so we moved to the other table. And we asked your server and she happily agreed! Seriously? You’re making this issue and playing this as a victim card? Lol!!!!
For the god sake : I don’t even know and I don’t really care you guys have cctv in which part of your restro cause it was never my intention and I am tourist in Bay Area why would I intent to give you one star?
I appreciate your server served us water it’s part of her job and I ain’t blaming her. That’s why we tip her.
My boyfriend finished his plate cause he always empty his plate. I tasted his veg Momo too, please check your footage again! If you can’t see the cctv of my side, how can you say that I was enjoying my Momo happily? Seriously? It took me forever to finish my plate and my boyfriend was waiting for me to finish. Like my boyfriend, I always want to finish my plate but that was too much for me, out of control. So I left the 3 pieces of Momo!
We asked your server for the check and later we asked for the Apple Pay. However, she didn’t come back and I went to counter to remind her as it was causing difficulties on my stomach already and I couldn’t wait!
Please work on your service instead of complaining back your customer! I am tourist here and I am around exploring cuisines and I would never drag if anyone is doing something well!
Hahhahahah it so funny that you think it was all my plan? Lol!!!!
Could you give me one reason: why would I plan? 🤣🤣 Neither I have business here nor I...
Read moreArriving on a rainy weekday just before closing, my family revisited this establishment after many years, formerly a Thai restaurant owned by an elderly couple. We reminisced about our frequent visits until their retirement.
Upon arrival, the restaurant was moderately occupied, with most tables already dining and a few finishing up. It took about five minutes for us to be seated, and a bit longer for menus and water, which arrived for two instead of four, despite our party of two adults and two children.
Opting for Butter Chicken, Chicken Vindaloo, Beef Sha Bhaley, Chicken Jhol Momo, regular Naan, and Garlic Naan, we placed our order after a slight delay. Despite the lack of rush, service seemed preoccupied.
The dishes arrived after a 20-minute wait. The Beef Sha Bhaley stole the show with their juicy, flavorful profile and accompanying sauces. The Butter Chicken impressed with its seasoning and smoky taste, though the chicken was slightly dry and shredded. The Chicken Vindaloo boasted robust flavors and satisfying chunks of meat.
The Chicken Jhol Momo had decent flavor but erred on the salty side, although the accompanying sauce added depth. The Naan and Garlic Naan were passable, lacking in garlic flavor.
The dhal soup, while offering a good curry taste, lacked substance with minimal split peas and an overly watery consistency, deemed unappealing by the rest of the group.
Highlighting the Beef Sha Bhaley and Butter Chicken, I would recommend these dishes. However, the overall service left much to be desired, with lapses in attention evident, such as neglecting to provide plates for all members...
Read moreLatest Review- 2 stars /could have been 1 Star- thinking that they would improve their service
I always believe in promoting local business and this used to be one. My last few visits made me forget what was my initial experiences I had at this place. They were treating their customers as if it is the only restaurant in the area. You do not only sell the food, Customer service and hospitality are also included in the price. Thank you.
My review and 4 stars- few years ago Oh yeah! This one is for "Jhol Momo" [dumpling in awesome Achar/Jhol( spicey syrupy sauce) made of sesame, soyabean powder with tomato and cilantro. Buff ( Water Buffalo) momo one of the most populer food as lunch specially in city areas in Nepal and it was rare find in Bay Area however number of Nepali Restaurants including this delicacy 8n their menu since some time. We had some typical food like Veggie Pakora, Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan, Chowmein - Tibetan version on fried noodles with the choice of your meat. Staff were courteous and there's limited street parking in front of the restaurant however you can park at the back street as well. Happy...
