I would say the floor in the cooking area needs to be kept clean, the employees needs to stay off their cell phones during busy hours and the females going to the bathroom and holding up the bathroom stalls while on their cell phones and I'm sure the males do the same, but don't quote me cuz I don't go in the men's bathroom. I am a former employee of Whataburger in Rogers, AR and we had standards and that is the floors are cleaned at all times in the cooking areas and lobby and the areas of where the food being made is wiped down during down time and can not be on your cell phones during peak time (busy time) and customers are taken care of first. I miss working there, but this one here I'm not sure I could with all these issues with employees and small town won't have many new hires. I can see that if these employees don't get their heads together and do their job appropriately this Whataburger will not last very long here in El Dorado and it is about the ONLY 24/7 restaurant in El Dorado, AR since Covid epidemic in 2020.
Update: In 2023 this Whataburger has improved on keeping the floors cleaned in the cooking area and lobby and customers are being taken care of first. I will keep coming back to eat at this restaurant anytime. I am impressed with the improvements of this Whataburger in...
Read moreJust left there, there is a sign on the drive through window that says we serve those who serve us, something like that and it say that you can get a 16 ounce drink or coffee. If you are military I ask about the sticker in the window and nobody knew about it. They asked the manager or whoever and I can hear them in the background saying “what they talking about. I don’t know nothing about that.” That was very unprofessional then they came to the door and said I think that’s over, so I’m wondering what do you mean you think? Do you have someone that know? But anyway, after she said, I think that’s over she said where do you see that at? I told her it’s right there in the window. It’s funny that she think it’s over and don’t even know what I’m talking about. If there is an advertisement in the window the employee should at least know what it is and if they don’t, then the manager should know, but nobody knew what The sticker in the window meant. The crazy part is I sat in the window for about three minutes while they chitchatted about it, with the window open and nobody knew. I just pulled off and said never mind. So if you are a veteran and you want to take advantage of the free 16 ounce drink or coffee in the window, don’t ask the employees because they don’t know...
Read moreEarly Saturday morning at 2 AM, I found myself embarking on a 20-mile drive to satisfy my youngest daughter's craving for something healthy. With Subway no longer an option due to their lack of meatballs for her desired meatball sub, we turned to online searches for alternatives. We were pleasantly surprised by the apple and cranberry salad, which came generously dressed with vinaigrette. We decided to enhance it further by adding grilled chicken and eggs, and it turned out to be absolutely amazing!
While the customer service was decent, I opted for a 4-star review instead of 5 simply because I found the online prices to be about $3 cheaper. If I had known that in advance, I would have happily placed our order through the app instead of at the drive-thru. I just happened to show my daughter the online menu while leaving Subway, which was a bit unfortunate. Nevertheless, our overall experience was enjoyable, and I would certainly...
